The space

This is a very unique studio home. While just one room the height and almost floor to ceiling windows allow for great sunlight. Located on the back of the building so there is NO STREET NOISE. NYC street noise can but bad at all hours of the night.

The studio has a brand new queen size luxury full height bed. The kitchenette is equipped with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and basic cooking utensils, electric kettle and coffee press. The separate bathroom has a large stall shower-all linens, soap, shampoo, etc. is provided. The apartment includes a private outdoor patio with herbs and flowers in season. This is a great feature in NYC-Smoking permitted outside only.

The Flatiron District in the center of Manhattan is one of the most architecturally interesting neighborhoods in the city. The studio is located between and just 4 blocks from both the Empire State and Flatiron buildings. Madison Square Park is just right around the corner.


The studio is a 5 minute walk to the Herald Square subway station(B,D,F,M,N,Q,R, NJ Path) 10 min walk to the 6 line, and 15 min walk to the 1,2,3 lines and all trains at Penn Station.

Guest access

The studio has a brand new queen size luxury full height bed. The kitchenette is equipped with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and basic cooking utensils, electric kettle and coffee press. The separate bathroom has a large stall shower-all linens, soap, shampoo, etc. is provided. The apartment is on the second floor (European first floor) with no elevator. Guests need to be able to handle one flight of stairs. We are happy to greet you and assist you with your luggage on arrival and departure.

Interaction with guests

We have a property manager who lives a few blocks away. You will have access to them 24 hours a day.

The Flatiron District, also known as NoMad (North of Madison Square Park), in the center of Manhattan is one of the most architecturally interesting neighborhoods in the city. The studio is located between and just 4 blocks from both the Empire State and Flatiron buildings. Madison Square Park is just right around the corner. Five minute walk to Macy's.
