Enjoy this one of a kind property located in a unique area with both lake views and marsh views on either side. Relax on the large back deck with covered gazebo, and listen to the waves whispering along the shoreline. Come to enjoy a relaxing vacation with friends, and family, and enjoy the tranquility of the cool lake breeze, while sipping on one of your favorite drinks. The house is fully stocked with all the amenities and comforts of home, simply pack your clothes, food and drinks and enjoy!

You can enjoy holiday beach for 12 $ day pass our drive into colchester to the colchester beach /public groomed beach which has restaurants kids playground and splash pad
