There are also pick up type buses that can be boarded anywhere on the street as well as a motorbike taxi stand on the other side of the street. Our location is in a traditional Bangkok area & there are many things of interest to see, more than just tourist sites. People watching, going to the Buddhist temple down the road that has a market every Friday or sitting down and having a coffee.
There;s plenty of street life and food stalls, This will give you a chance to see the real Bangkok.
It was very easy booking with Michelle, in fact I booked early morning and had checked in by lunchtime the same day! Although I never met Michelle she was very helpful when I had to deal with a driver that didn't speak English. I would recommend this place for a single or couple who wanted to have an extended stay in Bangkok and live life as a local. One thing to note is that the room is on the 4th floor (top floor) and there is no lift. If you have heavy bags or were elderly it would be a struggle.
Michelle was a great host! We arrived much later than planned but she waited for us and guided the taxi driver who had trouble finding the apartment. Once we had arrived we found she had left us snacks and drinks. Not only that, she took us on a mini tour of the area in her car and recommended some really great places to eat. A great host, thank you!!
Wimonpak .aka. Michelle is a genuine host. Responsive and eloquent when it came to my needs. Like a 911 operator. I did not need much from this place except her insight and wits about getting to and around the area. Truly adorable host. Having said that, the apartment was very clean with all the essentials needed to get by. Quite as well. No street noise really. The best part for me was the neighborhood. As authentic as it gets with people going about their daily life catering to the stream that passes them by. Local food and prices were very attractive. Coffee shop at your door steps, " pick up " trucks buzzing around , 5 min taxi drive to BTS and about 10-15 minutes to Siam Paragon area by car. Two thumbs up.
The listing was accurate as described, and Wimonpak (Michelle) was super helpful for giving us great suggestions for things to do. We really enjoyed staying there and would do it again.
Michelle made us feel very welcome. She promptly met us upon arrival and showed us the apartment which was accurately described in the posting, it gave a very cozy feel. She also have us great advice for traveling and sight seeing. Apartment location is south of popular Bangkok destinations but located in front of a songthaew line (#1271) which takes you to the BTS with ease. Additionally the surrounding area felt very friendly and safe. I highly recommend the coffee shop located downstairs at the apartment complex. Also, there is a temple within walking distance that hosts a market every week. Wonderful experience!!

About the Host, Wimonpak
Wimonpak Prapasrianan, this is my very long Thai name. I also have nick name, Meow or Michelle.
I was born in Bangkok, lived & studied in Bangkok in my early years. My teenage years were spent in London, where I did my studies in Business.
During this period of my life I took a great interest in travel, that I still have, too this day.
I have traveled to many countries in Europe & Asia & wish to travel to many more as well as more exotic destinations like , Africa, South America & hopefully this year Australia.
Each country has taught me valuable lessons about what it means to be friendly, give & receive hospitality
& look after my fellow travellers.
I hope to welcome you to my studio apartments & will happily help you with any travel queries or
arrangements that you need to make. Thanks You. Michelle.
