The building is protected as national patrimony as it has been built by famous architects Nuñez y Navarro.
The flat is on the 7th floor overlooking the Barcelona 360 degrees skyline.
On one side a 180 degrees view from the big 20 square meters super quiet terrace facing the Sagrada Familia, the Gehry towers, Hotel W and the sea, Montjuic...
This terrace is decorated with a big table for confortable lunch or dinners, a chaise-longue for bathing in the sun, barbacoa grill and a few plants (see photo).
On the other side another 180 degrees view from the 9 square meters personal balcony of your room ideally oriented for bathing in the sun and enjoy romantic sunset dinners (see photo).
You'll enjoy views from Montjuic to the Plaça España Lightshow and the Tibidabo softly illuminated at night.
The room is around 12 square meters decorated with a huge Japanese Style bed with a high wood support that makes for a night table and bed all in one on top of which is gently laid a comfortable mattress.
The big windows just beside the bed let you enjoy the view while resting...
You also have two very big armoires available to store all your belongings.
The bigget bathroom in the house is yours for the stay.
You have bagnoire, shower, lavabo, W.C. and bidet at your disposal. Only one other person use this bathroom during your stay, and she is a polite and respectful person who lives in the house all year long.
It is a huge duplex flat, almost 300m2 including open air space, so you'll be seeing very little of the other guests if ever.
Your room, bathroom and terraces are at the very top floor of the building.
It feels like staying at a hotel, really, with the additional benefits of a personal terrace and a fully equipped kitchen.
Bed sheets and towels for two people are included.
The maid come and clean the house every Sunday and before your arrival.
At the floor below just beside the entrance to the flat a shared kitchen with a dining table is available for cooking with all comforts.
Gas, oven. cooking tools, storage room, small household appliances and Nespresso.
Laundry space with washing machine and lavabo for hand washing delicate clothes.
You'll have your personal space in the kitchen for food and beverage.
Barcelona is a city where you mostly live outside in open air.
It is a luxury to have a terrace to enjoy.
It is a rare priviledge to have two of them, one of them completely to yourself.
Barcelona is also a city where possibilities to party, celebrate, meet people and go to trendy and typical venues where to melt-in with the multicultural crowd are a plenty.
Consider the apartment a harem of peace when you come back home to find a zen and relaxed atmosphere.
Just down the building, all sorts of shops are at hand, and you will be treated to normal prices like a local.
Also, the Metro stop Sant Antoni is les than a minute walk from your place.
Directly connecting you to Paseig de Gracia where you find Casa Batllo and Pedrera, but also the Sagrada Familia.
These three are probably the most famous of Gaudi creations.
Close to home is also Montjuic park with the Miro Foundation collection and the Middle-Age castle to visit. You can go pic-nic and swimming in the pool too.
The beaches are not far away either.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT :
From the Airport you can take the Renfe (train) and get off at Paseig de Gracia.
A long underground tunnel connects the Renfe to the Metro stop by the same name (Paseig de Gracia). It's a bit of a labirynth but you can ask directions when in doubt.
You should take line M2 (Violet) and make two stops to get out at "Sant Antoni".
Home is just a few steps from the Metro exit.
