My cozy studio apartment is perfectly situated in the middle of Los Angeles. It sleeps two to three people and has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. When you're here, I'm out of town, so the place is all yours!
The 600-square-foot apartment has a full kitchen, dressing area, and full bath. It is fully furnished with a super comfortable queen-sized bed, small couch, armchair, coffee table, desk, and dining room table and chairs. Clean bed linens and towels are provided, as well as high-speed internet. You can also help yourself to anything in my cupboards, and you're free to read any of the hundreds of books that line my shelves. The apartment is perfect for a couple, a single traveler, or a pair of friends.
The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and full of charming Art Deco-style architecture. My building has coin laundry in the basement and an extremely kind and helpful manager who lives in the building, should anything go awry. There is some street parking available, as well as several overnight paid parking lots in the vicinity. The apartment is one block from Wilshire Blvd. and three short blocks from La Brea, which means you are ideally situated to take a quick bus ride east to Koreatown or Downtown, west to Beverly Hills, Westwood, or Santa Monica, or north to Hollywood. There are two Ralph's grocery stores and a Trader Joe's within walking distance (Whole Foods is just a bit farther away), in addition to a Starbucks, two drugstores, two yoga studios, USPS, Bank of America, and one of the best ramen joints in town. (And two brunch spots on La Brea that are worth the trip alone.) You're also a nice walk or a very quick drive from LACMA and the Grove.
If you're staying at my place, that means I'm out of town, but I have several good friends who live within 2 blocks of my apartment who will be here to give you keys and make sure you have everything you need during your stay. I will also leave you a printed guide to the apartment and the neighborhood, and I'm always a phone call away.
I would like everything to be where I left it when I return.
No need to launder linens or towels--that's included in the cleaning fee.
No pets allowed (sadly).
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment.
Please be respectful with noise--the building is relatively quiet.
