Lovely comfortable home, with a private bedroom to let, you will have your own off suite bathroom, access to a well maintained mineral based hot-tub. New Queen size bed and linens as well as your own television with satellite. This is an active home with two dads and two pre-teen boys as well as a cocker spaniel that runs the place. We will provide a full breakfast or Continental depending on your wants/schedule. Also if you are around during meal times you can usually expect to be fed!
We are about 12 miles from Seattle but less than a mile from 405 which makes Lynnwood, Everett, Woodinville and Redmond all easily accessible by car. There are some nice walking trails in Edith Moulton park close by but this being suburbia most destinations will be a short car ride
The house is mixture of classic and contemporary with the guest room more of a pop-art style. We are a gay couple so we ask that you be gay friendly. We both love having company and promise to spoil you, breakfast for sure but you may also happen upon a dinner invitation, afternoon tea, evening cocktail, always fresh baked goodies and cool beverages.
Another fantastic time at Chris at Shaun's house. The custom framed picture meant a lot :) Thanks again for the warm welcome.
I had a fantastic time staying with Chris and Shaun in their beautiful Kirkland home. Thanks again for the hospitality!
Had a wonderful stay. Chris was an exceptional host going out of his way to make sure that every need was catered for.
As I wasn’t eating a full breakfast a lovely fresh selection of fruit and baked goods was offered.
I would recommend this Air BnB location.
Shaun and Chris were very hospitable, the room was perfect and they even had a clean robe to use. The room is on the lower level with a clean and private bathroom and entertainment room adjacent. A nice TV with cable and space to relax made for a comfortable stay. This was a business trip and wireless internet was available, so I was able to take care of business as well. I woke up to fresh hot coffee, a delicious country breakfast, the Chris made to order! Overall I highly recommend a stay at the Kirkland 70's suburbia heaven over a cookie cutter hotel elsewhere.
