I love to cook and entertain so you will see me as much as you want to! I'm usually at our other properties during the day but typically always prepare dinner during the week. Breakfast on the weekends and there will always be coffee and snacks a plenty.

Staying with Chris was nothing but amazing, he made sure to go the extra mile when it came to making me feel at home while being away from home. The room had everything even more than one could ask from a hotel room! Chris' hospitality is definitely the definition of southern hospitality.
We had the best time staying at Chris's home!!! My wife our 4 year old daughter and me, thought to stay at a house instead of a hotel so we could cook, as it would be at least 6 days till we could find a house to rent. I found Chris and asked him if I could bring us 3 and use the kitchen. He said of course. After first arriving I felt maybe it was me taking advantage, as its not for 3 guests to take over a whole house. Chris is just a great guy, they like nice company. If your lucky enough to need a home in the lovely Kirkland area, which is beautiful area, you'd be most lucky to stay with Chris! Thanks a lot Chris!!!
When you stay at Shaun and Chris' house, they treat you like family! Prior to arriving Chris let us know we were invited for supper which wonderful after a full day of traveling on the road. The room is great and is as advertised. All in all we had a wonderful experience during our 2 day stop over. Thanks again guys!
You can leave your shoes on as you enter this homey place to stay. We met Max the adorable young gentleman, Chris's son, who helped us to our early arrival. When we returned late at night Chris was waiting to greet us.
You will enjoy this homey place with comfortable bed and stocked medicine cabinet ( just in case). Parker the spaniel is a love. The room was quiet and we woke to the smell of fresh bacon and coffee.

About the Host, Chris
A lab director, a stay at home dad, two teenagers and a cocker spaniel living the suburban dream! We love to entertain and originally started hosting with Airbnb because we had a medical rep that would call on my partner and we preferred he stayed with us when in town. This typically meant a hotel room somewhere would have been paid for and sat empty….We set up an account so we could be his hotel. We enjoyed Airbnb so much that we kept the listing up to meet others. We are now also renting a unit in a duplex we have in Seattle!
