When we got to Bloom Paul the host meet up with us to give us our key to the room that we were staying in. Paul is such a great host and provided us with everything we needed. The room that my boyfriend and I stayed in was as exactly as in the picture, but seeing it in real life is way way much better. The view from our window is so spectacular and we were very reluctant to leave on Sunday after our relaxing stay at Bloom came to an ended. Next time we come to Salt Spring Island we would have to stay over again and I would recommend anyone to come here if you need a full rejuvenation and relaxation in their life.
Thanks for having us,
Valerie and Basil
Highly recommend this place! A perfect weekend getaway with a delicious breakfast every morning, incredibly beautiful property and close to all the amenities that make a weekend perfect! The details in the room were exquisite and so much thought was put into the decor and how the place is furnished. An absolute delight!
A perfect little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the world. The moment you arrive the soft natural light carresses you and the stillness captures your soul. Nothing beats the homemade organic yogurt, granola, jam, jelly and scrumptious fresh baked pastries delivered to hour door each morning. The artistic attention to detail is apparent everywhere right down to the placement of the windows which all provide an asthetic view of the outdoor surroundings. The frogs in the pond serenade you to sleep each night as you crawl into a delightfully comfy bed with fresh white bed linens....so comfy it's difficult to leave in the morning! Although there are many places to explore on the Island one is tempted to stay snuggled up in this perfect nest and let the rest of the world fall away for just a few days. I would return in a heartbeat!
Our stay at the Bloom B and B was perfect in every way. Anna and Paul are wonderful hosts and their property is truly beautiful. Upon arrival we were kindly greeted and shown to our private suite where freshly baked bread awaited us. The suite provided everything we needed for a comfortable night sleep and in the morning delicious baked goods were delivered to our door. Paul was also very helpful in directing us to some great hiking and places to eat. Salt Spring Island is definitely worth the stop if you're in the Vancouver Island area.
