Paula's place is a great place to stay. The property is exactly as described with many high end amenities The location is not only perfectly close to downtown, but the historical value cannot be priced. If you have the opportunity to stay here, you should!! You should also take one of the tours of Building 50. Well worth it.

Located within the village is a wood fired bakery that was located in a old fire house. There is also a few restaurants, small boutiques, a coffee shop and a nice park nearby. If you are interested in not staying in a chain hotel this is a place you may want to consider. Beautiful grounds and a mile from downtown Traverse City.

The perfect place for anyone planning to enjoy downtown Traverse City. Only a few minutes drive to the heart of downtown and removed enough for peace and relaxation. The apartment felt more like a resort with so many restaurants/shops inside and surrounding the building. Extremely clean place, and Paula was very kind and helpful.

The condo is as described, even nicer than anticipated. Well appointed. Clean. Thoughtful details included. Overall a lovely experience in a gorgeous historic space. Excellent food, wine, craft brewery and shopping on the grounds. A bit of a hike to downtown Traverse City; but great places very close by. Paula was an excellent and responsive host.

I'm an Artistic "Foodie". I split my time between my studio, part time work at one of the local winerys, making and eating really good food and a variety of outdoor acivities. Traverse City is an ideal place for all of these interests.
