Also numerous shops and boutiques, a yoga studio and salon.

The backside of the building connects to an extensive trail network ideal for hiking, snowshoeing or mountain bike riding. The trails wind up the hills that overlook Traverse City and Grand Traverse Bay. There are covered bike racks downstairs if you bring your bikes or rent bikes. Traverse Area Tail Network, TART trails are just a mile away providing great, car free biking within the city and heading north to the village of Suttons Bay.
All of us who live or rent in this building are asked to be respectful of our neighbors. Excessive noise in the public areas ( porches or hallways ) after 10.00pm is not respectful.
