We had an absolute blast in Traverse City Commons. The condo is fantastic and has everything needed for a great getaway. The kitchen was perfect for making a few of our own meals. There are also great restaurants, bakeries and tasting rooms on the premises. The place was immaculate! Can't wait to go back.
Our daughter and son-in-law live just five minutes from Paula's condo and had just had a baby - our first grandchild. We were able to enjoy being close and sharing this wonderful event with them because this condo provided such a perfect setting. This will certainly be our first choice when we return to visit them. Paula certainly made us feel right at home and the condo had everything that we needed to live comfortably during our stay. We would certainly recommend this condo to others.
Paula was very communicative and welcoming!
The grounds of the Grand Traverse Commons were amazing, even though we were there during a snow storm. We were close enough to town and there were many amenities inside the complex including a winery and bakery.
Paula left us detailed instructions on virtually everything in the apartment and also encouraged us to call her if we needed anything.
We would definitely stay again!
The condo is gorgeous, and is the perfect place to stay. It is clean and beautifully decorated. The 8ft tall windows let in so much light, and the place is so comfortable. I loved that we could experience the history of the building.
I loved that we could walk downstairs to the Mercato each morning for (email hidden). We didn't even have to go outside! During the evening we could walk through the building to Trattoria Stella. This place has everything! We also hit up the farmer's market that was in the building, and the chocolate place.
This was a perfect place for a romantic weekend. I would definitely recommend it for a couple. Working with Paula was super easy, she was a great host!
Lovely condo in a great location close to everything. Paula was very easy to communicate with and her condo has everything you could want or need. Fully stocked kitchen and wi-fi, plus a wonderful bakery right across the parking lot and a great breakfast (email hidden)! I wish we had been there on the weekend to see the Farmer's Market right there in the building, but we did get the opportunity to shop and walk around. The view from Paula's condo was perfect, with a lit 'Christmas' tree right outside her windows. It was a magical place to stay for a few days!
I had a wonderful weekend at Paula's elegant and comfortable condo. It is beautifully decorated, spotless, and homey. The Village at Grand Traverse Commons, where the condo is located, has great restaurants, bakeries, shops, wineries, and even lovely hiking trails. And if you wish to visit the area's attractions, it it conveniently located near all of them. Paula is an excellent host. She is very friendly and flexible about arrangements and provided helpful information about the condo and the area. I enjoyed my stay very much; it was perfect.
Immaculate condo with every amenity! We loved the location and Paula was a warm and welcoming host. This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Close to downtown but why leave? Great walking trails and amazing restaurants on site
This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed in Paula's condo. Our stay this year was just as wonderful as our stay last year. Paula is a wonderful host and makes everything very easy for you during your stay. The condo is gorgeous, clean, and in a wonderful location. There are many wonderful shops & eateries right in Grand Traverse Commons and you are within a couple miles to downtown. My wife & I have enjoyed walking to the downtown area on both of our trips. There are many beautiful trails located right on the grounds of Grand Traverse Commons as well. This year we took the guided tour that takes you into some of the areas of the building that they are currently restoring as well as some of the underground tunnels beneath the complex. It was a wonderful tour full of history & I highly recommend it. If you are headed to TC I can't speak highly enough about staying at this location. Paula is a wonderful host & her condo is beautiful with everything you could possibly want or need. We are looking forward to staying here again next year. Book it without hesitation. I guarantee you'll be glad that you did!!
Beautiful condo in historic building with great location in Traverse city - walking distance to downtown, many shops and restaurants within the complex (including 2 coffee shops and 2 wineries) and great hiking trails behind the building. Don't miss the tour of the old asylum! We highly recommend this condo to those looking to visit Traverse City - thanks Paula!
Highly recommended. The condo is comfortable and Paula provides everything you need -- a map of the grounds/hiking trails, linens, kitchen supplies, etc. We enjoyed eating at Pepe Nero and Trattoria Stella; we also got fresh bread and a pizza from Pleasaton Bakery. It was a quick drive to downtown Traverse City.
