This condo was beautiful with plenty of space! Also a very nice location. The host was wonderful as well, she was extremely polite and provided us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this listing for your next trip to Traverse City!
It was more than 20 years since I last visited Traverse City and my recollections were small motels hugging the bay and a modest downtown. Things have changed and in our case no little motel this time but a beautifully redone hospital with a great condo that made the trip special. A real treat to be in such a historic location. The 2nd level condo was spacious, well-appointed, bright and clean with a beautiful view of the grounds. On the first floor, there was access to a number of shops and restaurants right in the development. We were especially impressed by Trattoria Stella, which is in the complex, and became our favorite dinner location.
Traverse City was perfect for exploring the wine country and quaint harbor towns such as Charlevoix, Sutton's Bay, Harbor Springs and points north. I would highly recommend Paula’s condo for a special stay and access to such a beautiful part of Northern Michigan. I would certainly return and don't forget to enjoy the cherry pie.
The condo was breathtaking-a beautiful view of the courtyard with mature trees through the large windows, wood floors throughout, marble countertops, and stunning interior design. The condo was quiet and the bed very comfortable. I loved the accessibility of restaurants, wine, clothing, coffee/tea within the building or a 2 minute walk across the street. I am excited to book my next stay at Paula's!!
My spouse and I had a lovely time at Paula's Condo at Grand Traverse Commons. Paula greeted us at the condo to orient us to the space / building, and encouraged us to contact her during our stay if we needed anything at all. The condo was modern, clean, and cozy, and the building had many charming shops and fantastic dining options. The location was terrific as well. We would certainly stay again.
We loved our stay at Paula's condo! We were visiting northern Michigan to get married, and this was the perfect place. Cozy and beautiful. Also lots of great options just footsteps away - like winery tasting rooms, bakeries, AWESOME coffee and restaurants. Paula was always quick to respond. She was kind enough to let us check in a little bit early since there weren't guests the night before. She gave us lots of tips for things to check out in the area which helped us feel welcome. We would absolutely stay here again!
Loved our stay at Paula's place! Great location, quiet and clean. The building has an interesting history that made it exciting to stay there. There are cute shops and restaurants just steps away!
Paula met us at the condo and we were able to check in about an hour early which was great. The complex is fantastic with many restaurants and shops. Her condo is exactly as described, clean and had everything we needed/were looking for. Paula even had a few essential items in the fridge for us to help ourselves too. The condo is a short drive downtown to lots of restaurants and bars and is also a short drive to may wineries. We would definitely recommend staying here!

About the Host, Paula
I'm an Artistic "Foodie". I split my time between my studio, part time work at one of the local winerys, making and eating really good food and a variety of outdoor acivities. Traverse City is an ideal place for all of these interests.
