Tatianas appartment was nice and spacious. The host who welcomed us was fantastic. He even went with me to the supermarket. And he also answered every doubt we had. Very helpfull. I only recommend a review in both bathroom. In the one with bathtub there was a little water flowing out. In the other one there was a very old system, that was very noise and had a bad smell.
Living in Berlin I can't confirm that the apartment is too far away from city center (like said in some previous feedbacks). There is a bunch of bus/tram/metro lines to choose from just two minutes away :) Even Tatiana is not living in Rome she arranged a pick-up from the airport and everything else. The apartment is amazing just like in the pictures. It is very clean and my family and me (4 persons) had everything we needed for our stay. I can totally recommend her apartment and think it would also fit very good to more than 4 persons. Thank you again very much for making our stay at Rome so comfortable :)
It was a really good appartment in rome. Furthermore, it was very comfortable and the person who gave us the keys was very nice. I would definetly come back next time.
"Roman house was big and good, wifi soon, there is a small balcony, sitting very comfortably at night. Situated away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, but there are nearby tram and bus, very convenient. Liton to our very warm reception, took me to a nearby supermarket."
Thank you very much Claire for your nice review! Tatiana
The apartment was clean and nicely equipped. The kitchen has no dishwasher and lacks of some stuff for cooking (e.g. knives).
One problem was that we had several power-lacks during our stay there although we didn't really use many electrical devices. Our contact person Francesco was a really nice and helpful guy - unfortunately he didn't speak any English, which made it sometimes pretty difficult to communicate.
All in all we still had a great stay and I can recommend the ap.
Lets start out with the good: the apartment is beautiful and spacious. We only had 4 staying there, but could have easily had more. The air conditioning kept us cool in the 95+F degree heat. The apartment was located near a small strip filled with great restaurants and bars. The host is not actually in Italy, so she has some intermediaries that you work through, but they were all very nice and helpful. (especially Mr. Convertino)
The bad: There was pretty regular power outages for the entire first day we were there. The power was off more than it was on during our time in the apartment (we were not there all day though). The second day it got better, there were still a couple very short outages. The power outage also caused a problem with one of the bathrooms. The one bathroom has some sort of an electrical flush system that wasn't explained to us, after using the toilet with the power out the flush system overflowed and the bathroom smelled awful. We cleaned up the water as best as we could but the smell kept us from using the bathroom at all for the rest of the stay.
We loved Rome and staying in the motr residential area of the city. We had a comfortable amount of space for all 8 of us and loved the balcony lookinf over the city. We appreciated how helpful the building manager, Francisco, was upon arrival and when we had any questions. The only air conditioning was in the bedrooms and if you have them running for too long, you may lose power as we experienced. Definitely visit the small convince store/cafe next door to the building... The owner is so kind and friendly! About a 15 minute cab ride from the city.

The area of competence is 2 bus stops from the center of Rome, will soon be operating the meter from where it will initially reach the basilica of San Giovanni and the Colosseum of a very few minutes. The same area is also plenty of restaurants and pubs that are frequented by many people during the night life.
