The space
Park City Jordanelle Estate is a newly built, mountain modern, professionally decorated 5,900 square foot home. Situated high atop a mountain ridge with picturesque views, just 10 minutes from Old Town Park City Main Street, Park City Ski Village, Deer Valley Ski Village and the Canyons at Park City, every imaginable winter and summer outdoor activity is a quick bike or drive away.

The home is perfect for larger groups, offering five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms and all the space needed to sleep up to 16 guests in total luxury with all new furnishings and bedding.

As you enter the home on the first level from the garage, you'll be greeted by modern decor and soaring ceilings. Up on the main level is a spacious open living, kitchen and dining area, all adorned with gorgeous white oak hardwood flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, Sub-Zero and Wolf Appliances, highlighted with 180-degree mountain views.

Living Room: Gorgeous and comfortable with a large sectional sofa with adjustable headrests, and floor-to-ceiling stonework with a cozy gas fireplace and a 75" Smart TV. The AV system is complete with a Sonos Surround system that also provides sound and music in the kitchen and dining area.

Kitchen: Gourmet kitchen is quite impressive with its stunning cabinetry and finishes, quartz counters, new high-end stainless-steel appliances, and a butler’s pantry. It is fully equipped and features a Wolf six-burner plus griddle gas range with double ovens, a Subzero refrigerator, a wine/beverage refrigerator situated in the kitchen island, and a coffee bar with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, and a French press. The oversized island is grand and offers bar seating, additional food prep and offers a great food presentation area. The kitchen space is finished off with the butler's pantry, rounding out this amazing kitchen to provide additional prep and storage space, a second dishwasher, sink, and an additional ice maker.

Dining Room: The dining area is stunning with its glass top table with seating for up to 12 and exquisite views throughout. Step out onto a massive deck to enjoy the mountain fresh air and views. Adorned with a new gas BBQ grill, dining table for 10 and a comfortable seating / conversation area with sofa, lounge chairs and coffee table.

On this main level you will find an inviting grand master bedroom suite. Find yourself enjoying a king size bed, 65" Smart TV with Sonos, and a floor-to-ceiling tile wall with a gas fireplace. The grand master bath sits behind a sliding barn door, with a double sink, quartz countertop vanity, a soothing soaking tub, and an extra-large tile steam shower with dual shower heads. There's also a walk-in closet and separate water closet. For the ultimate relaxation, step outside onto the private master patio with amazing panoramic mountain views. Snuggle up on the sofa to take in the mountain air or sink yourself deep into a book, conversation or snooze.

On the upper level are two “mirroring” master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, 43" Smart TV with Sonos, a desk and chair, and a private bath with dual sinks and a tile shower.

On the first/garage level you will find the fourth master bedroom, featuring two queen-size beds, a 50" Smart TV and Sonos, and a private bathroom with dual sinks and a tile walk in shower.

The fifth bedroom is located on the entry level and is a wonderful flex space. It is a sizable room with three, twin over full-size, custom built-in bunk beds. It offers an entertaining/gaming space with table and chairs, a 65" Smart TV with Sonos, and Xbox gaming system. The private bathroom is unique and perfect for this room’s capacity, calling attention to its expansive vanity with three sinks, a separate tub and shower, and private water closet. Exiting the second door of the private bathroom leads to a back staircase leading to the first level game room!

Gathering Room: This room is a great gathering space for the entire group. It features a huge deep comfy sectional sofa, a 75" Smart TV with Sonos and PlayStation gaming system. This room is enhanced with a wet bar complete with a beverage fridge and microwave. To top off the entertainment, you can challenge your friends or family to a board or card games on the table. Also included at the home is a ping pong table and corn hole game.

The Jordanelle Estate homes sit on a hill top above the Retreat at Jordanelle. With just a handfull of homes on a private cul-de-sac, staying here offers great space, luxury and privacy. The Jordanelle Estates offer use of the Retreat Clubhouse with a pool in the summer, hot tub all year, fitness center, theater room, conference room, and much more! The neighborhood also has a community BBQ and wood burning fireplace area to gather and a small playground for the kids.

During your stay

Guest will have a personal home manager during the stay. The manager will meet the guests at the home at check in, or as soon as possible thereafter, to go through the home and explain the features and how to use them. The manager will also be available during the stay for any needs and will assist with guest check out.

Our office hours are every day from 9am - 9pm for email and text support, with phone hours from 10am - 6pm. After-hours support is available, seven days a week, for emergencies (fire, flood, no heat in winter or lock out ONLY). All times are MST.
