Take a walk down to the private spring-fed creek and If you're up for exploring take a hike through our secluded trail(less than 1-mile roundtrip) .

WILDLIFE WATCHING
Early riser? Observe wildlife such as deer and OK birds from the second-story deck. You can also catch a glimpse of our free-roaming farm creatures, including cows, goats, peacocks, chickens, roosters, and a miniature pony family.

If you'd like to use the outside kitchen let us know when booking. We do add an additional fee of $50. Let us know about the booking so we can have it ready for you.

*Charcoal grill that you can use anytime. (please bring your own charcoal)

* Firepit - Put out fire once done using the firepit.

*** Please bring your own cooking oils and food as we do not provided any of these with your stay. (check out our guest resources for the nearest stores for groceries etc.)***

***No Smoking inside the house. Failure to comply with the no-smoking policy will result in an additional charge of $200 per rental night.

There are no grocery stores in Thackerville expect for Family Dollar. Many restaurants inside of the casino are open 24/7. The nearest town for food and essentials is Gainesville Texas, which is a 10 mile drive.
