This home has 4 bedrooms and two baths.

• Suited to families up to 6 to 9.

• Families of 8 includes the "Peaceful Queen Bed & Bath En Suite" on the main floor, the whole house with no other guests.

• Families of 7 or less will have the second floor. Three bedrooms and your own bath. The kitchen is shared with others that stay in the En Suite on the main floor.

in a GREAT Location!

This listing has three bedrooms and a full bath.

• Home is owner occupied....

• 100 year old floors have just recently been re-finished and cannot accommodate heels, wheels or animals.
• THREE BEDROOMS ....... (sleeps seven)
• Three bedrooms and beautiful bath upstairs.
• One large King bedroom.
• One comfy Queen bedroom.
• Third bedroom has Three Twin beds.

The other listing I have is an En Suite with a comfort Queen, on the main floor. It is available to families when booking 7 - 9 people. Please see my other listing-

Guests who would most appreciate staying here are those interested in having the "Portland Experience". The home is clean and well kept, vintage, artsy and comfortable. The location is the best - close to good restaurants, food carts, parks and public transportation. I have many repeat customers and look forward to meeting many more new guests."

House Rules

• Beautiful newly finished softwood floors... 100 year old floors have just recently been re-finished and cannot accommodate heels, wheels or animals. PLEASE... NO SHOES... NO Wheels... No heels...

• please remove shoes at the door... Socks preferred, Quieter too!

• No pets please, I don't allow dogs or cats to stay.

• No smoking in the house. You may smoke outside.

• Quiet hours are: 10:00pm - 8:00am please.

• Quiet residential neighborhood, please respect our neighbors.

• Shared kitchen... some room in the frig for your things. Light cooking only. Please no frying or bacon.

• Please replace any items used.

• Beverages- wine, cider and beer available for purchase.

• Compost bin in the sink for food vegetable scraps. Please no animal products.

• Recycle bins for return bottles, paper, plastic, garbage

If you have any questions, please ask and I will do my best to help you out with them!

Most of all, please enjoy your stay here in this great home!
