This cute apartment is located in a nice, lively neighborhood with enough choices to have a coffee or spend your evening around there. Its also close to all kind of public transportation (including night bus) if you want to move around the city. The house is very clean and comfortable with warm atmosphere. As for our host, Ms Tatiana, she is always available when we contact her, even though she is far away and very helpful ,not just about the house but for our general accommondation in Rome. Mr Francis, the caretaker of the house was also kind and availabe but a little bit difficult to communicate with if you don't speak Italian. Things to notice or things we thought we should have known before: There was one big towel for each person so if you think you need more you should have an extra one with you. The hairdryer was basic, meaning that if you are demanding about it you should bring yours. Overall it was a very nice and satisfying accommondation, everything worked out as planned and my friends and me think it was well worth it!

The organization of the stay was alright. However, there are some things you should know about the place: Location: The area is conveniently located next to tram and bus lines, but also next to rail tracks. It's not quiet in the night. Main sources of noise are trains, police, and the refrigerator. Also, there is an apartment just next to it with thin walls, so chances are you're gonna overhear your neighbors too. Amenities: Here, essentials means towels and linen, but not shower gel and shampoo. Make sure to bring your own shower utensils when you come here. Equipment: The beds are very comfortable (rather hard mattresses, that's what we liked). The shower is the tiniest I have ever seen in my whole life (and this wasn't my first time in Rome!). The kitchen is inside the living room, if someone sleeps there, you might consider not to cook odorous dishes there. Communication: The administrator Francesco is very cordial and a kind-hearted person. The owners live in Brazil and their communication consisted of standard copy-and-paste messages. Although I had given some information already in my introductory message, they didn't seem to have read it and asked the same information again in one of their messages. This is why I missed the warm, welcoming experience that airbnb usually is to me. Value for money: In my opinion, the apartment is not exactly cheap for what you get. If I come to Rome another time, I would not stay here again.

A great flat for getting about Rome. Flat is comfortable and terrace is very enjoyable. Kitchen only good for preparing small snacks. The bathroom is too small and toilet is to be enjoyed with caution. We had a lovely time in Rome. Thank you Tatiana. I

This apartment is great for staying in Rome. Although it´s not right in the city center, you have free parking there and you can visit all the monuments by bus. Mr. Francesco, who welcomed us there was really helpful and took care of us. The accommodation is clean, modern and there was everything we needed. Thank you Tatiana and Francesco :)

We liked our stay a lot. The apartment was nice and clean, Tatiana was really helpful and the older couple that helped out for the key pick up and drop off was really nice. The neighbourhood itself was a little messy but Rome isn`t a really clean city in general. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay in Rome a lot and can just recommend to stay at Tatiana´s.
