Two miles from UC. A mile from BART. Four blocks from Children's hospital. Six blocks from Temescal. Four blocks from freeway.

On major bus routes. .5 block to Martin Luther King Jr. buses. 2 blocks to Market St AC transit express bus to San Francisco.

Easy street parking. On-site locked parking optional. Cool with Pets.

There is no interior shared space other than the stairway and hallway. There is also an outdoor sitting area that is a work in progress. It is sunny in the summer. Moderately sunny in winter.

Checkout Bay Area microclimates!!! I'm in the Santa Fe area of Oakland, which has a warmer microclimate than a lot of the Bay Area.

Other things to note
There is a gentle, loving, sniffing, yawning, sleeping Purebred Oakland Street Dog who lives with me in a fenced in area at the back of the property. Occasionally, she has play dates in the fenced area.

The only time you may encounter the dogs is in the driveway and they will be leashed.

Also, other guests may have dogs. They are also required to be leashed at all times. And, I only accept quiet, well-trained dogs. Please message me to inquire if that's a concern.
