Stay in this stunning industrial style 100-year-old converted warehouse with a jetted tub! Perfectly located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. Walking distance to the Gateway Mall (4 minute walk), City Creek Shopping Mall, Delta Center (5 minute walk), Salt Palace Convention Center (7 minute walk!), grocery stores, bakeries and the most popular bars and restaurants. It is a 10 minute drive from the airport and a 30 minute drive to the ski resorts! Perfect for any getaway!

Remodeled industrial warehouse condo finished in August 2020!

Includes a covered parking stall in a gated parking lot. Please inquire first if your car is bigger than normal or if you have a trailer.

-Queen sized bed in the bedroom, BRAND NEW MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS as of October 2023

-No sofa bed advertised, it is a normal couch. There is only 1 bed in the bedroom offered as sleeping arrangements

Other things to note
This is condo living so there could be noise coming from above. I provide ear plugs as well as a white noise machine just in case
