The space

The furniture, beds, bedding and linen are of the highest quality. We provide free access to Foxtel and high speed unlimited internet. The apartment comes with security parking with lift access and the building has a security entrance.
You will find yourself superbly located on leafy, picturesque and quiet Herbert St directly across the road from the St Kilda Botanical Gardens. However, you will also be a very short walk to the Barkly and Acland St cafe and shopping strips and some of Melbourne’s most loved restaurants and bars as well as to St Kilda beach and the No. 96 tram which will take you directly into to the city via the light rail which runs along Albert Park and Albert Park Lake.

The apartment is neat and has everything you need. The two bathrooms are a definite plus. The area is very quiet and has a few great Cafes down the road. The beach esplanade is just a short stroll away.

We have stayed at these apartments before and the standard is uniform and clean and tidy. Off street parking is a plus. The location is very good. Close to everything in Melbourne.

The apartment is in a fantastic central location with the bonus of being opposite the St. Kilda gardens. It's a super quiet location, great cafes nearby and the key pick up was simple. Everyone I dealt with could not have been nicer or more helpful and friendly. Would stay here again without doubt! The apartment itself was super clean, neat and had everyone you'd need.

Apartment is located in an ideal position in St Kilda and has excellent facilities.Very modern with excellent security features. Apartment provided a Nespresso machine for coffee,which we love,but was found to be leaking badly when switched on.Advised Michael in customer services immediately,who confirmed that it would be replaced asap.Despite another 2 phone calls during our 3 day stay,it was never replaced. Also the dishwasher was full of washed crockery etc,and had a bad smell,as if it had been left there for a few days.So we had to rewash before use. Worst aspect by far about the apartment,was the loud party held in an adjoining apartment on Friday evening,which started at 11pm and carried on until 5am,with very load shouting and music.Despite attempting to phone after hours customer service on number of occasions,never an answer.Other residents were also complaining,and trying to bang on the apartment door during the early hours but to no makes a mockery of the statement in the folder concerning'no parties and fine applying'

Stunning apartment, had a great stay with no fuss! Very well furnished and in a great location, easy to commute to and from. Great communication from the hosts as well, done very professionally, will definitely look to use them again next time I'm in Melbourne.

Finding and reserving this great St Kilda apartment was really easy with the host replying to my queries immediately and in a friendly professional manner. The location and description of the property were precise and overall our family of 2 adults and 2 children were very happy with our stay. We had a secure undercover car space included for our hire car. Being daily coffee drinkers it certainly made our stay more enjoyable to have a nespresso coffee machine in the apartment, with coffee pods provided. I would definitely stay here and at other Espresso properties again and i have already recommended it to friends and family. The only suggestion i would offer would be to perhaps decrease the heating in the apartment as it was a bit hot during our stay. Thanks and keep up the good work!
