Want a BEACH Get-a-way? This property is perfect for you! The Sunshine house is located in the Montego bay community, right across from the pool, miniature golf, and tennis courts. There is a private boardwalk alongside the bay which offers beautiful sunsets. (the pictures in this listing were all taken by my phone) This property is walking distance to the beach and we keep beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. The property is fully stocked with amenities and technology. Have fun!

The space
This is my family get-a-way so we really make it feel like a beach house. We keep the property stocked with pool toys, beach toys, board games, phone charges, Bluetooth speakers and more. The property has a grill, outdoor seating, outdoor shower, beach chairs and a convenient beach cart.

Neighborhood highlights

This property has so much to offer. We are located a few streets in from the main strip. We are within walking distance to Northside park which has a HUGE playground for the kids, an outside gym, great trails, bridges and water views. There are all kinds of shopping at the end of the street where you will find restaurants, hardware store, beer store, grocery store, dollar store, and many other options. Inside Montego Bay you have access to two pools (one is right next to our property the other one is located as soon as you enter the community on the left), miniature golf (right next to our house), Tennis Courts (right next to our house), a lake with a great running/biking path, private boardwalk alongside the bay (you can get a fishing/crabbing license during your stay). The best part is the free beach! Yes you can walk over to the beach from our property or drive to the end of the street. Parking is always free in Ocean City.
