Nestled in the quiet neighboorhood of Hyde Park, you are close to everything you could possibly need! There are supermarkets, restaurants, and bars within a 5 minute drive or you could even grab a scooter if you're up to it. Close to campus, this is the perfect place for a UT game or a graduation. With events like ACL and SXSW being close to central Austin, this is the perfect place for a get-a-way to the Capitol of Texas.

The space
Our property is the back half of a duplex in the famous Hyde Park District. You will have a reserved spot in a car port. This one bedroom one bathroom apartment will be very comfortable for 3 people.
