You park and enter through garage, go down short hall and through pocket door to enter into the family room for a private lower level suite. Includes cozy bedroom that has a dresser and clothes rack, small bathroom next door and family room with many kitchen amenities. (Refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig and coffee, toaster oven, George Forman, airfryer, hot plate). Shared laundry room is also downstairs.

I love to meet new people but respect your privacy. If you like cats then you will enjoy Gracie who loves attention from guests! She knows how to open the door so I have a mat in front of the pocket door that seems to deter her from opening it. Keep the door locked to ensure she does not get in. Please let us know if you plan to do laundry so we can coordinate.
