THE SPACE:
This comfortable apartment home located away from the bustle of South Kihei Road is just a short two-block walk away from Charley Young Beach, which many say is the most beautiful section of the Kamaole Beaches in South Maui. The condo unit is located on the second floor of a quiet three-floor building, and so from the lanai it is possible to see the blue of the ocean off in the distance.
Simply cross over South Kihei Road one block away and then another block you have quick access to Charley Young Beach and a series of smaller secluded beaches and coves. Another block north is the Cove Park Beach area, perfect for surfing and stand-up paddling or just sunning. Nestled along the coast there between Charley Young Beach and Cove Park Beach are several scenic secluded beaches steps below a long stretch of manicured lawns with coconut palms.
Super snorkeling abounds along the shores of the beaches in the area. Many many restaurants and shops and convenience stores and grocery stores located 4-6 blocks away in either direction North or South on Kihei Road.
You'll find this condo unit to be lovely with quality furnishings and a nice place to relax and have fun as a home base while exploring South Maui and beyond! From here it's as quick 10-mile trip up to Maalaea for the Aquarium and Whale Watching tour boats, while day trips are easy going up to Lahaina & Kaanapali 30 miles to the North, and the airport is only 15 miles away in the main town of Kahului. You'll have fun here!
This condominium unit is ideally set up for two persons, as it has one California King Bed in the bedroom, and a sofabed couch in the living room with all linens of course. Private bathroom next to the bedroom has a stylish tiled walk-in shower. Both the bedroom and the living room have their own air conditioning units plus ceiling fans. The louvered glass windows on the front and back side of the condo allow for nice cross breezes too. In the living room there is a window-mounted air conditioner plus a ceiling fan. The living room has a sofa that folds out into a size full bed; plus end tables, a dining/work table area, and a large flat screen TV. The private lanai features a dining area with three chairs. Just steps away there are several sets of large commercial coin-operated washers & dryers in a laundry room on the first floor of the condo building which are fast and efficient. This condo unit includes one designated parking spot that is provided free for your exclusive use during your stay.
FREE WI-FI WIRELESS INTERNET inside the condo unit of course. The flat-screen TV in the living room is a smart TV with streaming apps. The TV does not have the old-school standard cable TV channels, but features a lineup of streaming internet channels instead.
The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, gas stove & oven, sink, plus an array of flatware, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, pots, pans, bakeware etc., along with small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, and blender. A wide variety of cooking utensils is also provided.
In the bathroom a starter set of amenities is provided as a courtesy to get you through the first couple days of your stay, such as paper products and a starter supply of liquid shampoo, body wash, and hand soap.
The condo complex includes its own pool, BBQ grills, grounds filled with tropical plantings, and two on-site laundry room facilities. Some beach amenities also provided in the condo unit such as beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. (Unfortunately we do not provide beach umbrellas or snorkel gear, but it is very convenient and economical to rent those items at nearby rental shops.)
Guest access
Guests can access the BBQ area, plus guests are provided with a key to access other amenities of the condominium complex such as the pool area and the laundry room.
Other things to note
There is a Wi-Fi internet connection for this condo included in the total paid for your rental. The name of the wireless network and password are provided at the time of booking and are also on a label inside the apartment.

Please, there is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the apartment, on the lanai, or elsewhere on the property per State Law.
