Magnificent villa of modern design in an olive grove of two hectares in the rural town of Sonnino not far from the most beautiful coast of Lazio.

The space
The villa is on one level and consists of a large sleeping area that includes three bedrooms, a master with TV and DVD with a private bathroom, double shower and double sinks; a room with a king size bed and a room with three single beds and two bunk beds in a drawer. The living area is characterized by a large living room (TV, DVD and iPhone station), dining room and kitchen (dishwasher, oven, 5 burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, juicer and toaster). There's a patio that can be closed outside and open to the living room where you can spend time outdoors in complete privacy. The house is perfect for one / two families who like to stay in a unique place in the country with the opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful places on the coast of Lazio with the possibility to orgnize day trips to the Pontine Islands (Ponza and Palmarola) taking the fast ferries that depart from Terracina and San Felice Circeo, or alternatively, for those who are owner of a boat license, renting a boat in the harbour Badino.
