Reindeer Run is the rustic farm experience you've been yearning for. This is a natural retreat nestled in the foothills of the Shawangunk mountain range, our farm is the perfect all season getaway. Enjoy our cute mini donkeys, majestic horses, lovely alpacas, foxes, and pony. Enjoy nearby Legoland, Tillson Lake and Minnewaska for swimming & hiking, various wineries and Angry Orchard for outings.

The space
First-floor of the farm-house. Entirely separate, is a long term guest in the upstairs unit.

The working hobby farm has alpacas, mini donkeys, foxes, a pony, and a couple horses.

NEW ADDITION: Propane Fire Pit Table!!!
For those that don't like building a wood fire (which you can do in our traditional fire pit), start a fire with the flick of a button!

Inside the farmhouse, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a New Queen size 15" mattress with pillow top. The second bedroom has a new Queen size Sealy pillow top mattress.
Full kitchen equipped to handle making your breakfast while enjoying our complimentary coffee and tea, to cooking a full meal, baking your favorite dessert, or ability to simply reheat and eat with the microwave. The comfortable living room has a NEW GAS FIREPLACE!! (not available for use in the warmer seasons when home is Air Conditioned), large 55" Smart TV, wifi, charging station, books, games and puzzles. For guests with small children, there is a Pack 'n Play that has the bassinet and changing table feature, there is also a baby bath, booster high chair and some toys. A full sized washer and dryer is conveniently and discretely located in the bathroom.
The home is classically decorated with beautiful time period antiques and local artwork.

Outdoors has a spacious deck with tables and chairs. There is a Bluetooth enabled speaker that also has FM radio for you to enjoy.

Pampering for 2 is easier than ever with 140 soothing high-powered jets, with 2 comfort seats and 2 headrests to lean your head back on that give you the ultimate spa experience. The hot tub can fit additional guests, however, it may be a bit cozy. Regardless, you will be in relaxing water up to 104 F (10 C)
HARD WATER TREATMENT BUILT-IN: Built-in hard water treatment system makes water gentler on your skin, clothes, and the entire spa system
Hot tub also has a color changing underwater mood light to enhance your experience.
Note this is seasonal and will not be available once night temps dip below freezing.

The large yard has a bbq, fire pit with seating, assorted outdoor games and a swing set.

You are also able to further explore the property and enjoy the animals. The owners who live in the Red Barn are also willing to assist you with the animals to enhance your experience.

We are surrounded by beautiful farms that dot the landscape with the majestic ridge as their backdrop. New Yorks's largest nature preserve and state park, Mohonk Preserve, and Minnewaska, are a stone's throw. Dotting the Hudson Valley countryside are some of America's oldest farms, wineries and orchards. Plan a trip to the Angry Orchard and enjoy a day of cider sipping. Climb up to Sam's point and pick blueberries. Come during the fall to harvest pumpkins and apples in one of several local orchards or farms. There's a bounty of riches for you to enjoy.
