Notre maison sur mer ... we love the house in the south of Brittany and like to share it with friends, families or groups.

The very spacious house is fully equipped and just steps from the sea. The sheltered garden allows you to spend the whole day outside. Beaches are within walking distance. Port Manech has a restaurant with sea views, a Tante Emma shop with fresh croissants, a bar, boat and bike rental and free tennis courts.

The space
The house (200 m²) has a traditional salon with fireplace and sea view, a large conservatory facing the greenery, a terrace with seating, a modern, fully equipped, new kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 toilets, 6 bedrooms (4x with double bed 2 m x 2 m, 1x with a 1 single bed 1 m x 2 m, 1x with 3 beds 1 m x 2 m) - 3 of the 5 bedrooms have a sea view, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, storage room, luggage room and a large hallway.

The large and overgrown garden (1200 m², mostly not visible) has several separate areas (dining corners), is child-friendly, alternates sun and shade areas throughout the day and is equipped with garden furniture. On rainy days, a very large conservatory protects you.

The location of the house is at the end of a quiet street (residential area) in a pleasant neighborhood and only 120 m from the sea. Family-friendly beaches are within walking distance (850 m / 1300 m).

The house was modernized in 2020.

Port Manech is a small oasis of relaxation, surrounded by a beautiful coastal path for small and larger walks. The hiking trail to Pont Aven is sensational (see pictures).

There is a great restaurant, a "village"bar, a "Aunt Emma shop" with all essentials and fresh croissants, idyllic hiking trails, family-friendly beaches. In the quiet neighborhood there are a few cottages, in the village other sports and leisure opportunities.
