Every time I had questions about any thing related to my trip in Boston, I received quick response from Carol. She was very nice and the room was very clean. The room was much bigger than the photos showed, which was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet so that I had sound sleep. There were also many kinds of food in the kitchen and I could choose whatever I liked for breakfast, which was very warm. It cost me $12 to take Uber to Harvard. Not very far. In total, I had a nice trip there.
I enjoyed my stay very much. Carol was very accommodating. She even picked me up when I have the uber driver the wrong address (Chose the Somerville address with the same street instead of Medford). Home was very conveniently located to Tufts University. Only a 15-20 minute walk to the other side of campus. Nice quiet neighborhood. I felt safe walking there late at night. She gave a tour of the kitchen...in case I wanted to cook myself breakfast. The room is clean, quiet and cozy. I liked that there was a bathroom right outside my door...which I shared with another guest. I could come and go as I pleased. Very relaxing. I hope to stay there again someday.
Staying in Henriquez is overall a pleasant experience. Carol and her family is very welcoming and accommodating. The room is cozy and clean, also you have a full kitchen if you like to cook.
Fantastic days in Boston ! The house is beautiful, incredibly clean and comfortable. Despite the snow storms I was able to travel easily into Boston without the need of a car since the house is well connected to public transportation, shops etc and is in a very safe neighborhood. The Henriquez are SUPER welcoming, and made my time in Boston really really great making sure I had everything I needed, looking after me with my flights etc.. and just being absolutely fabulous ! GREAT place !!
Lovely place to stay. Feels just like home with a comfortable spacious room and shared bathroom. Carol and Arnoldo are friendly easy going hosts who made me feel welcome. It is conveniently located near Tufts and near a grocery store and café.
There are two separate rooms for guests. Both rooms locate on the top floor with a share bathroom between guests. My bed was very comfortable and I rested very well. There was a fan and a heat in the room for guest. Bus 96 will bring you close the house. It is not very hard to find the house. Carol and her husband were very welcome and friendly. It was a nice experience.
