The Space

If you are looking for a place with incredible views from one of San Francisco's classic postcard neighborhoods... you found it!! Located at the top of Telegraph Hill, right next to Coit Tower, you can look out over North Beach, Russian Hill, the bay and the Golden Gate Bridge (you can even watch the cars wind down Lombard Street). The apartment is brightly lit on the top floor with large windows and three skylights (including one right over the shower and bathtub). One bedroom with an open living room and kitchen looking out over the city. The kitchen has granite counters, gas stove, and dishwasher to make life a little easier. After a day of exploring, the deep bathtub is heaven to relax in. AND there is a washer and dryer in the house, with a direct view of Coit Tower. There is no parking, as everything is pretty walk-able: North Beach and Washington Square are a few blocks away, and it's an easy walk to downtown, Fisherman's Wharf and the Embarcadero. I love my home, and I'll do all I can to make sure my guests are all set up to enjoy it, too.

  • Brandi was as lovely as her home. I unfortunately got sick during my trip and it was so wonderful having all the comforts of Brandi's home. She checked in several times, and offered me her teas - which I gratefully drank.

The apartment itself is in a hilly spot, but otherwise close to everything. It's clean, sunny and quiet. Everything works as it should. There is plenty of closet space and counter space. The washer-dryer was a huge plus.

Overall this place is a bargain. Would MUCH rather stay here than those closets SF Hotels call "rooms" where to add insult to injury you then pay $19.95 for wifi. Don't hesitate. Just book it.

  • My husband and I stayed at Brandi's place for 3 nights and it was just perfect! We loved being up on top of the hill with amazing views of the city and there was plenty of space to spread out and make ourselves comfortable. It really did feel like home for the short time that we were there. The location was very central to so many of the things we wanted to see and it was all very walkable (if you don't mind hills). Although we chose to eat out for most of our meals, Brandi's kitchen was well equipped if we had decided we'd rather cook and stay in. Brandi was an amazing host and she had great communication both before and during our stay. We would love to stay here again in the future!

  • Our second year staying at this hidden gem. And our second time staying THIS year! It's our home away from home. Walking distance to great restaurants, cafe, Chinatown, and of course, North Beach. They are both bustling neighborhoods but the apartment is quiet and peaceful, which we love.

As always, Brandi is very accommodating with our personal needs. And makes sure our stay is pleasant and comfortable. Mahalo, Brandi!! See you next year.

  • My wife and I stayed at Brandi's place while passing through San Francisco for work. Her place was very nice, very comfortable, and the location was great and an easy walk to where I was working. Brandi was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

  • Brandi was an excellent host. The apartment is great, lots of sunlight and wonderful location (if a bit of a workout to get to!)

We were unable to meet in person, but her attention to details and constant communication were very much appreciated.

  • This apartment is truly 5 stars. The location is awesome and the view was incredible. We spent the holiday here and Brandi made it special with her touch; we discovered a decorated apartment and a beautiful Christmas tree. We walked everywhere, had great home cooked meals, the laundry was very convenient and surprisingly, it was very quiet.

About
I LOVE TRAVELING- safe to assume you do, too! When I travel to a new destination, I like to be off the beaten path and experience as much as I can of the location, from the locals' perspective. Where is the foamiest latte, the best beach to go swimming, local live music venues... hidden gems that will turn into the best. find. ever. My home reflects a lot of the experiences I have had, from my mask collection on the wall, to photography and art. Getting to know people, learning about different cultures, and enjoying life is my recipe for a full life!
