Welcome to the beautiful and updated Lustron House! Located in downtown Barbourville, this house has so much to offer! Perfect for families with children, honeymooners, guests of Union College, traveling professionals or those just wanting to learn more about the beautiful Appalachian region. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and Union College. A short drive to Lexington or Knoxville and many outdoor attractions like Cumberland Falls and historic Cumberland Gap.

If you've ever been curious about historic Lustron houses, here is your opportunity to enjoy a remarkable experience with all the comforts of modern amenities. The Lustron House offers an amazing split floorpan with two living rooms and office space. The equipped gourmet chef's kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops and gas range. Front load washer and dryer facilities and gas log fireplace included as well.

The house is pet-friendly (with owner approval) and includes use of a private fenced in yard with outdoor gazebo. RV parking is available as well.
