Large, open floor plan home on 1.5 acres, directly across from a private, waterfront lot and newly constructed waterfront pavilion. Numerous amenities and on-site activities (such as bikes, kayaks, pickleball, ping pong, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, etc), playground, firepit, and covered deck, making it the perfect place for family reunions, couples retreats, scrapbookers, etc. Located on 1,380-acre "Croton Pond" between the Croton and Hardy Dams, just an hour north of Grand Rapids

The space
Over and over, our guests tell us how surprised they are by the large size (2500 sq ft) and spacious layout of our home. We're often told that the entire property has the perfect layout for family/friends to gather and relax. The spacious (2500sq ft) garge (with half bath and extra refrigerator) stays cool in summer, and warm in winter (due to its own heater). There's PLENTY of parking space available, so everyone in your group can bring their own vehicle!

Directly located on Croton Pond, offering LOADS of options for water fun (i.e., kayaking, boating, fishing, tubing/skiing, bird watching, parking the boat near a cold spring and hiking up the stream). There are numerous hiking or snowshoeing trails nearby in the Manistee National Forest and mountain biking/hiking trails around Hardy Pond with suspended bridges and breathtaking water views. Just two miles away is the Mighty Muskegon River, which has excellent Trout, Salmon and Steelhead fishing. We're close to the cities of Newaygo and Fremont which offer fun shopping and dining. Many other lakes and rivers are also in the area. Eagles Landing is just a short walking distance from the "Diner between the Dams" and only a 15 minute drive from "Pilgrim's Run," a premiere northern Mi golf destination.
