Stylish two storey, 3 bedroom north-facing house looking over the water, recently changed to owner management. Beautiful outlook in a peaceful sunny location where you see nature at its best. Perfect for couples or a family to spend a relaxing time together. This air-conditioned home provides guests with the perfect balance between indoor and outdoor living offering multiple areas to relax, rewind and revive. Wonderful for entertaining.

The space

Centrally located on the shores of the Port Stephens waterway in a natural bushland setting, Lemon Tree Passage is mid-way between Newcastle and Nelson Bay; approximately half an hour’s drive by car to both. The whole area boasts world class surf and bay beaches and national parks .

Points of interest:

Lemon Tree Passage village has a thriving marina with first class boating facilities so boating & fishing are very popular as are swimming & kayaking .At the marina there is also a netted ocean pool and shaded playground for children
Scenic coastal walking trails & picnic areas are plentiful .Very popular is the beautiful tree-lined boardwalk beside the marina and at Tanilba Bay, close by, there is another gorgeous bayside boardwalk and sandy beach complete with koala reserve ..It is quite likely you will spot a koala on your walk.
For golfers there is a well maintained 18 hole golf course . Lemon Tree Passage also has a very popular bowling club with all amenities and a public heated swimming pool minutes away by car .

The property itself is a five hundred metre stroll along the water’s edge to the marina, restaurants, coffee shops, post office, hairdresser, butcher, doctor and pharmacy.
A well stocked Coles is five minutes' drive away .
