Welcome to the “Blue Gull!” You will find everything you need for a perfect beach getaway in this cozy 1 bedroom condo! We are perched on the 3rd floor and with that comes tall ceilings, a balcony with a view of Lake Padre, and a peaceful quietness. While the condo is within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes), you can also have a vacation without leaving the complex. The community offers many other amenities...hot tub, heated pool, sauna, fitness center, etc. What’s not to love?!?!!!

The space
The “Blue Gull” is not only named for the relaxing color scheme throughout the condo but for the seagull (Steve) you might encounter upon your stay. Don’t worry, he doesn’t bite! The Blue Gull boasts a makeover with LIKE-NEW everything (stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, furnishings, paint, switches, receptacles, light fixtures, etc). You will also find the Blue Gull provides all the comforts of home from nice furnishings to a fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy our sparkling clean sea side retreat!

NO elevator, stairs only.

Clean pac-n-play available by REQUEST only. Just ask the host for setup.

While we love animals, due to allergies in our family, our condo is a NO pet/animal zone.

The condo has keyless entry and you will be given a combo for your stay (unless otherwise instructed by your host).

In the unit, you will find a keycard that will allow you access to the pool/hot tub area, fitness/sauna rooms, and on-site car wash.

Hi and welcome to our perch above the rest!! Obviously, we love the color blue (if you couldn’t tell by our paint choice)! Our family also really loves the beach and everything it has to offer...long walks or runs, volleyball, sand castles, boogie boarding, swimming, tanning, kayaking, boating, fishing, shell hunting, bird watching, relaxing, etc. With the warm sun on your face, breeze in your hair, and sand between your toes, what’s not to love?!!! And now with the Blue Gull, we get to share that experience with you!
