**We prefer no children under 12 due to SEVERAL safety issues and concerns. *If you do bring children under 12 you cannot use our hot tub as it is not safe for children.
**No pets (Due to allergies)

2 bathrooms each with walk in shower.
Queen size pull out sofa bed in living room.
3 patios, bbq grill, 2 hammocks, 2 fire pits
-Hike the Appalachian Trail!
**No parties
**No smoking

Our house is a cozy, private getaway.
We do not allow children under 12 in our hot tub for safety reasons.
We do not allow pets. (Due to allergies)
We also do not allow parties or smoking at the hobbit house.
