If you are in to grand luxury when travelling you will enjoy our 1378 ft2 5 bedroom apartment that once was a typical home for the Danish aristocracy.
THE APARTMENT itself is decorated with classic Danish design in every room which fits the historic atmosphere of the apartment. It has a large living room with a cozy coach corner and TV and a classic dining room, two bedrooms with a queen size bed in one and a king size bed, a kitchen with everything you need, a small but nice bathroom and a little room with a washing machine and dryer. Air mattresses can be arranged for more persons.
THE LOCATION is in the posh part of Copenhagen. It is on lovely Gammel Kongevej known for its many design shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. Nearby is Frederiksberg Allé, a very nice boulevard which also have a lot of cafés and special shops, all the way up to the beautiful Frederiksberg Park. Copenhagen´s "Little Paris" or Værnedamsvej is also right around the corner and we can recommend places like Falernum, Les Trois Couchons and the best bakery in town Lagkagehuset. The city center can be reached by 10 minutes walk or with bus almost outside the door.
HOW TO GET HERE
The apartment is easily accessed from the airport with metro (15 minutes) to Forum Station and 10 minutes walk from there.
We are looking forward to host you.
Great apartment for a Copenhagen visit! Comfortable, attractive, roomy and nice eat-in kitchen.
We had two wonderful weeks in the apartment. The location is excellent - across the street from a fine wine store and very near several excellent restaurants. Easy bus ride or metro ride to other parts of Copenhagen. The apartment is well setup for resting and working, with a beautiful kitchen and a large dining table.
We just spent a week in Sebastian's apartment, and wish we were there still! Such a beautiful place, large rooms, high ceilings, perfect (and a great value) for our group of three adults and three kids. Nice location near the heart of the city. Sebastian and his brother were great hosts, warm and welcoming. I've had many rental-by-owner experiences and this was certainly one of the best! Highly recommended.
We had a splendid time in this charming, spacious, light-filled apartment, and would recommend it very highly to others. The location is central yet quiet and safe-a plus as we were traveling with children. The kitchen exceeds even the great pictures and is well outfitted and inviting, we enjoyed making our own breakfasts and dinners and gathering around the dining room table.
Another huge plus was the washer and dryer.
Sebastian was a perfect host, highlighting the many conveniences of the area. We bought bus/train tickets at the 7-11 down the street and used them easily. And we appreciated the flowers, wine, and spotless linens and rooms.
We hope to return to this gem on future stays in Copen Hagen and recommend it without hesitation. Many thanks, Sebastian!
We had a great stay at Sebastian's apartment. Firstly really easy to get there from the airport. Direct metro ride to Frederiksberg station and then 10 mins walk. Stefan (Sebastian's brother) met us at the apartment and showed us round.
It's perfect for four people, two good sized bedrooms. The living space is huge, we spent most of our time in the kitchen which is exactly like the pictures, very cool. The apartment is quiet, safe and well located.
Make sure you go to Meyers Deli which is a couple of blocks from the apartment, owned by Claus Meyer who is the chef at Noma. Dinner was superb and reasonable. It's an easy 15 min walk into town and the same to Norrebrø.
Sebastian and Stefan were great hosts, Sebastian was very prompt in his communications, and all of the logistics went off without a hitch. The apartment was clean and well kept. The washer & dryer was a huge bonus for our family traveling together. We had 6 in total - 2 kids in the living room; for optimal privacy you would want to limit to 4, but for a family of 6, it was fine. Location was good - a 15 - 20 minute walk to most locations. Thank you, Sebastian & Stefan!
Great flat, very nice host, lovely area of Copenhagen. We would always book Sebastian's place again and totally recommend it to others.
Sebastain's flat is a perfect spot for anyone wishing to explore wonderful Copenhagen. Spacious, stylish, comfortable, and steps away from delicious restaurants and shops. Sebastain was there to greet us when we arrived with excellent advice on spots to visit and dine. My husband and I stayed in the flat along with another couple, and we had loads of room to relax, enjoy breakfast in the sunny kitchen, cocktails at the dining table. Next time our plans call for a stop in Copenhagen, we'll be staying here!
My family and I had a great long weekend at Sebastian's. The apartment was comfortable, clean, great location and great hospitality ! Easy access to everywhere and everything we needed in the apartment for our stay. Highly recommended ! Thank you guys for hosting us !
We booked Sebastian's place primarily for a Creative Meeting for a team of multimedia producers. It was absolutely perfect: the dining room and table are easily big enough for 8-10 people to spread out around. The wifi connection was stable enough to handle both (website hidden) and (website hidden) mobile calls to Africa, Canada and the Virgin Islands. And Sebastian was kind enough to let us hang up flip chart paper to track our creative progression.
Even better than a great working space was the fact that the flat has tons of space to let you get away from work. We enjoyed cooking dinner together, crowding around the coffee table for take-out India food during lunch, and being able to wander to the BEAUTIFUL kitchen whenever a short break and more coffee were needed.
Everything we needed - grocery store, wine, bakeries, take-out and good restos - were within a five-minute walk.
Three of us stayed overnight and found the rooms extremely clean and the beds comfortable.
Do take Sebastian's advice to go for a walk in the nearby Life Science Park - even on a cool, still wintery day, it is a beautiful spot.
This will be my first choice whether returning to Copenhagen for work or for pleasure.
Bravo, Sebastian -- who is, BTW, as friendly as he looks in his picture.
