The space
Spacious property with private gated entrance and in the driveway up to 3 cars can park there. Convenient smart keypad lock to enter the property.
Please No more than 10 daytime guests (including overnight guests) are permitted by the city.
Pool heat is NOT included in the price. Use of the spa heat $ 50 /6 hours, and pool heat $ 75/ 8 hours is available ( per your request). pool heat takes 6-15 hours depending on the weather and jacuzzi can take up to one to two hours so please advise at least one day prior to your arrival if you wish to heat. Also service fees for Heating of Pool or Spa must be paid PRIOR to service being turned on. Please note that pool heat hours are offered for 8 hours a day. and jacuzzi for 6 hours based on the rates stated above. Split time for Jacuzzi heat will be an additional $25. Additionally, please note that the pool and jacuzzi is on one system so typically either pool
Or jacuzzi heat can be on at one time and not simultaneously. PLEASE NOTE: during December through March months, the first day pool heat fee is $140 as it requires a lot more gas to reach its temperature during the cold season, any day thereafter is $75 per day).
Pool and jacuzzi cannot be on simultaneously. Fees are non refundable once paid. Please note that Jacuzzi may not heat to its fullest during high windy or cold season.
Please note that no pets are allowed in the pool - if filter is clogged due to pet hair, there will be a fee charged for replacement of filter.
Pool and jacuzzi operating hours are from 7am - 10pm.
Please note that poor chemicals are used to maintain the pool in a healthy condition. Guest is to use pool at their own discretion and owner is not responsible or liable for any medical issues that arise from sensitivity to pool chemicals.
There is no lifeguard available for the pool or Jacuzzi
Fountain by pool is NOT operable and is for appearance only.
Pool service is provided twice a week (Tuesday and Friday between 3pm-5pm however schedule may vary). Please note that the desert gets quite windy so as much as we do our very best to keep the pool free of dust, the desert weather may affect the cleanliness. The pool service person will only have access to the pool. The gardener comes every Saturday. They do not have access to the house. Please understand that you may see them working during your stay.
Swimming pools and spas, while providing exercise, recreation, and relaxation, can also can be dangerous. People can be severely injured or drown if the pool is not properly used. Guests are strongly cautioned that they, other occupants and guest’s guest must adhere to the following safe practices:
* No intoxicated person may use the pool or spa
*No diving into the pool or spa
*No one should use the pool or spa alone as there is no lifeguard on duty
*Children may never be left unattended as they may gain access to the pool or spa, not even for a few seconds
Guests agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge host and host’s employees from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, member of guest’s household or guest’s guests or invitees may have at any time against host or host’s employees resulting from guest’s use of the pool or spa~ by renting this property you are agreeing to the terms and rules above
Dog allowed, ( no cat , sorry we have allergy ) extra $75/dog per day, please clean up after your pet. Additional fees may apply for additional cleaning.
NIGHT TIME hours are between 10 pm and 10 am. Please move indoors after 10 pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Please remember our neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains and voices can easily carry.
Amplified MUSIC is not allowed outside. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside of the home). Please, don’t bring the speakers outside and crank up the music, even if you think everyone will enjoy it. If your neighbors can hear music, you are in violation of the City Ordinance.
The City of Palm Springs Code prohibits all outside music and excessive noise at all times. Failure to obey this law will result in a $500 -2000 citation, immediate eviction, and no refund for the remainder of your rental.
A/C, Please Do Not set the A/C below 75°, or the system will freeze up and break. Please leave settings at:
• 75° when you’re home
• 85° when you’re away
Fridge water/ice dispenser is non operable. Please bring your own drinking water.
BBQ propane. Please note that we do our very best to keep the propane tank filled as best we can however should it empty during your stay, guest will be responsible to fill tank.
Please dispose of chewing gum or cigarette buds properly, don’t throw it on or stick it around the property.
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE ANY FURNITURE AROUND. (including indoor and outdoors). If you do move lawn chairs to adjust for sunbathing, please be sure to move it back where you found it to avoid the cleaning service charging an extra fee to you. (we encourage you to take a picture beforehand to remember the position in which the furniture was originally)

We welcome furry friends (pet) however please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture. Should there be pet hair on beds or any furniture, the cleaning service will charge an additional $40 for extra cleaning in which the guest will be responsible for.

Our guest will have access to all the amenities this home has to offer. Pool and Spa, large covered patio area, BBQ grill propane, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer.
WiFi and Netflix on all TVs.

No access to the covered garage as it is currently being used by the owner for storage.
Other things to note
The city requires the host ask guest’s Id before check in.

No more than eight guest total. Six adults +2 children under the age of 12. Please note that the city has a strict ordinance in place as it relates to loud noise and music outdoors. There’s absolutely no loud music or noise allowed outdoors at any time. Guest will be responsible for a fine of up to $2000 if the city issues are fine. Please note that Jacuzzi may not heat to its fullest during high windy or cold season.
Please note that the Jacuzzi step down step is quite deep and we ask that you stepped down with caution.
There is a $75 charge for pet fee-For the entire stay. Please note that pets are not allowed in the pool as it may clog the filter from pet hair. Guest will be charged for any applicable repairs if there is damage due to pet hair in pool/filter.
