This beautiful home built in 1903 for Alfred F. Pillsbury and his wife, Eleanor, is the perfect setting for a romantic wedding. With it's majestic curved staircase, wainscot wall treatments and large rooms, it forms a memorable backdrop for a wedding. The main fireplace mantel has served as the special place for many happy couples to recite their vows.

The space
Here are some of the logistics:
Maximum size of wedding attendees is 30 and we request social distancing and wearing of masks in accordance with city and state regulations.
The check-in time is 2:00 PM and the check-out is noon the following day. (Additional days can be booked based on availability for $995.00 per day)
The main floor has a large receiving hall for greeting your guests. There are also many seating areas for use - The parlour with a cozy ambiance is the smallest room; The piano room with seating and a Yamaha grand piano available for use; The great room which is the largest gathering space and has comfortable seating as well as a dining table for 12. In addition, there is a completely equipped gourmet kitchen for cooking/serving/hanging-out and has access to a patio with seating for 20.
The upstairs bedrooms are a perfect set-up for dressing rooms for the wedding party. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the third floor for the bride and bridesmaids. There's a lavish amount of space to spread out and is totally isolated from the groom to avoid a chance encounter with the bride beforehand. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor allocated for the groom and groomsmen.
The bedrooms can also be used for the couple or guests to stay overnight.
If more bedrooms are needed, there are 2 additional Airbnb private one-bedroom apartments in the back "maids quarters" of the house that can be rented in addition to this package. (Listings on Airbnb are "Apartment in historic mansion-flr 2" for $175 per night and "Apartment in historic mansion-flr 3" for $150 per night. Just ask if you need more information.)
