* Heated pool all winter to 83F / Salt water pool / Higher temp has a $45 per day extra max heat to 88F

* Hot-tub

* Golf Cart available $455 a 3 day rental / $89 each day after that.

The space
Having 4 bedrooms, 5 beds and 3 bathrooms we can host up 8 guests at one time.

* Bedrooms:
Every room is spacious and comfortably designed with a closet, a large space and plenty of day light.

- Room n#1 has a rustic feel with a King size bed that is very comfy. New linens are set in place periodically. This bedroom is quiet and dark for late sleepers. Private bathroom, Ceiling fan.

* Bedroom #2 has 2 comfortable full size beds and a large closet. Hallway bathroom.

* Bedroom #3 (Master Bedroom) has a comfortable King size bed facing the quiet and tropical back yard/Pool area and a comfortable bathroom - Great location among palm trees and tropical lush where there is plenty of natural shade and lots of sun. It also has a large futon/sofa, Ceiling fan and its own bathroom

* Bedroom #4 has a Queen size bed, Independent and comfortable. Hallway bathroom.

* Ground Floor:
Spectacular and inviting open floor plan that over looks the Pool area. It also has a full size bathroom in the hallway for guests.

* Living Room / Dining Room:
As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a spacious open space that includes an open dining area that sits 8 and a large and comfortable living area equipped with a large 65" HD flat screen Smart 4k HDTV mounted on the wall making this spot perfectly suitable for watching your favorite shows or even enjoying your favorite sports channel. Big windows from floor to ceiling adorn the entire Backyard floor place allowing you to have plenty of natural lighting and an outside view that overlooks the pool and back yard lush at all times.

* Kitchen:
This impressive home showcases a good size and spectacular fully equipped kitchen. It has everything you need while on vacation and only requires you to bring your favorite foods, spices and drinks. In addition to the granite countertop and cooking space, this kitchen has a bar sitting area and LED lighting under the counters (choose your favorite color).

* Back Yard:
Here is the fun! Surfers Paradise has a private and large back yard with a large table to eat and lounge chairs to catch a tan. This space is truly magnificent and it's a perfect place to relax.

* BBQ:
How can you have a vacation without a BBQ? We care for you so we have included this amenity for you to enjoy.

*** We have Golf Carts for rent, they are not included in the listing. - Pending on availability, to use it you MUST be minimum 23 years of age, sign a User Agreement, have a valid DL & Proof of Insurance. The cost is $455 for 3 days and each additional day is $89 per day. Price includes Pick-up and Delivery fee, home electricity to charge the cart plus wash down.

Quiet family neighborhood close to the beach, shops, restaurants and even nightlife. We are perfectly located close to everything. Most importantly we have direct access to the beach and and are only a few steps from the sand. We are also 1.5 miles from Las Olas Blvd, .75 miles from Galleria mall, 1 mile from Target, .75 miles from a Publix grocery store (2 in the vicinity - one in the Target shopping center and another across from Galleria Mall), .75 miles from Starbucks, gas stations and other restaurants, fast foods, shops or needs. We also have direct access to Hugh Birch State Park. Hugh Birch Park is famously known for hiking, its tropical life and canoeing.
