The space
Our home is located in Marina Village, right next to the Oyster Farm Seafood Eatery. You can view the boats coming into the Marina from our screened porch and see the easy beach access from our balcony. Enjoy the homes beach chairs and umbrella, wagon and beach toys while staying with us! Bring the whole family with sleeping accommodations for 14.

Guest access
Stretch out and enjoy the whole house including three levels of decks, a screened porch, and the crow's nest with amazing views of the water. Backyard with fire pit to enjoy the evenings in a fully fenced back yard to keep children close at hand. Garage houses beach wagon, chairs, and toys for your beach excursions. Included golf cart, yard games, and ping pong table are all located in the garage.

Other things to note
Oystermen's Pearl is ideal for those with mobility issues as we have a first floor master with bathroom with handicapped shower chair and grab bars at the toilet and in the shower. There are 3-4 steps to enter the home so it is not wheelchair accessible. The main level bedroom features a large shower and easy access to the commode. A bath chair is in the garage which can be used for guests with disabilities. Due to severe allergies, we do not accept pets of any kind.

Marina Village is a private gated community that enjoys the amenties of Bay Creek. The "jelly bean houses" as they are known by locals, provide an upscale neighborhood right right on its own private beach. It is adjacent to historic Cape Charles where you can enjoy shopping on Mason Avenue, the festivities that frequent Central Park, an assortment of restaurants, and town events.
