The Buccaneer Bungalow is ideally located between the white sands of Butler Beach & the Intracoastal Waterway. Set in a quiet neighborhood w/ lots of green space, the Bungalow is perfect for having a beach vacation with family/friends. A big fully fenced backyard & outdoor shower allow you to relax and enjoy your time in St Augustine.

Subtle touches give hint to St Augustine's historic and piratey past. Great for a weekend, vacay or work escape (2 desks, great wifi). New floors in every room!

The space
The bungalow has an open floor plan with the kitchen / dining / living space flowing together. A side gate and back door allow access to the FULLY FENCED backyard (complete with hammock!). 100% NON-SMOKING property, inside or out. Brand new floors (April 2021)!

The bedrooms are comfortable and NOT directly next to each other, but separated by the bathroom.

Each bedroom has its own desk and dresser, the queen room having a large 6 drawer dresser and the bunk room with a mini-dresser.

New bedding and beds, including a brand new pullout sofabed (Sept 2020), make sleeping arrangements comfortable and easy. Extra throws, blankets and board games make for a cozy getaway.

The kitchen is stocked with the dishes and tools you need for most cooking needs, and non-perishable staples are in the cupboard.

There is an extra folding table and chairs if you need them, and the garage is stocked with beach gear. Beach towels are available in the hall closet.

Our neighborhood is quiet with lots of dog-walkers. Being so close to the beach, it's an eight minute walk to the Sea Oats entrance of Butler Beach. If you want to kayak or SUP, Butler Park West is a ten minute walk or two minute drive. Two blocks over is Windswept Acres Park with a playground and walking paths.

Around the corner on A1A you'll find Red Frog McToads (fish n' chips & beer) as well as Sugar Island (cupcakes and coffee). There are great delivery options, including Instacart and DoorDash.
