The building is connected to an underground complex (The Bay, Holt Renfrew, Manulife center) with easy indoor access to all food courts and shopping stores, shoppers drugmart, post office, major banks (CIBC, TD, RBC) and major fitness clubs (Good life and Xtreme fitness). Access from the same building indoor to the Yonge & Bloor subway station.
Steps from University of Toronto campus, Yorkville Area and few minutes walking to Ryerson University and the Eaton center.

We had a really nice stay at this location. So central to everything we wanted to see and do The apartment is really cute and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Sam and his brother do everything they can to please you and make your stay the best. The building is very secure. The only downside is the noise of partying in the courtyard below late at night till 1 am 3 nights in a row.

Location is great and very central. The building is connected to the subway system underground so if it's raining or snowing, no need to brave the outdoors. There's a grocery next door, and many places to eat/drink/shop nearby.
The room was clean and well stocked, and Sam was quick to respond to messages.
We'd definitely stay here agin in the future.
I would say my overall experience has been good. Sam was really good about being flexible on the check in time, which was a huge plus. The apartment overall is alright, it might be on the old side. There's no central air only a heater, which makes things quite cold in the winter. Also, the 50 dollars cleaning fee seems a bit excessive to me.
Beware, this place is dirty, shabby, and in desperate need of a through cleaning and a paint job. Despite parking being noted on the amenities list as being included and in the building, it is across the street and we were charged $15 dollars daily. When we tried to discuss with the host that parking was listed as being included, he pointed out that it was noted as being available in the ad, but he would not acknowledge that it was listed as being free in the amenities list. The bed was hard, the pillows thin, there were no face cloths. The only toiletteries was a bottle of liquid soap.
The guests showed their complete satisfactions when they arrive and moved-in to my place. Once I asked them to pay the Parking fees they start to argue about the parking should be included in the price.. And didn't want to pay it.
The Parking is listed as available but not included as this apartment doesn't come with a perking spot but another owner in the building rent his spot daily..so I got them the parking and they didn't want to pay it and start argue and start complain ...and when they finally paid it coz they had no other choice, they decided to write anything to complain & the review they wrote is completely incorrect, for the apartment is very clean and newly renovated and very tidy.
I was disappointed at their actions and they way acted.
Key to get in building was not working, however that was the buildings issues still annoying tho. Parking was so cheap $10 a day. Great location. Cleaning fee to me means place will be clean..it was OK. Mark was great to deal with. Location was awesome. It worked for us very well.
