A double wide trailer home located 1mile from 76/BirdShack/DQ in the town of Goldendale, sets on 10 acre lot with pond. We have 5 koi fish in here, no fishing, no swimming is allowed. No skating during winter month where pond is icy and sleek. Golf cart is temporarily out of order. 3 bedrooms, has 2 queen bed and 1 full bed. Had 2 bathrooms. Entire kitchen is functional, spices, oven, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave etc. Bar height dining table and chairs seats six people.

The space
Laundry washer and dryer could also be use, ironing board also available. TV along with the office table and another TV in the leaving room with couch and love seat with other 2 recliners. Sun room has patio set.

Used to be the only home in the vicinity. Love the view both front and back of the house. You can see deer around most of the time walking around the property. Birds tweeting, sometimes you can hear planes flying. Quiet most of the time.
