Charming cottage 1 block from water, parade route, or walk downtown. Eat-in kitchen, private backyard & patio. RWU is <1 mile. Walk to great restaurants, shops... everything Bristol's scenic historic district has to offer. Enjoy Herreshoff, Blithewold mansion & East Bay Bike Path. Foodies will also love nearby Warren. Drive to Newport (12 miles), wedding venues, Providence, Southeastern MA and Block Island Ferry. The perfect central location for your visit to the Ocean State & great beaches!

The space
Built in 1900, our small home has a classic New England coastal feel inspired by Bristol's sailing, ship-building and Independence Day history. The house is quaintly aged with vintage charm, but also has modern amenities like high speed wi-fi and 50" smart TV.

First floor (sleeps 4 guests):
- Fully equipped eat-in kitchen
- Living room with TV & new queen sofa-bed
- Master bedroom with queen bed
- 1 full bath

2nd floor (sleeps 2 guests):
- Bedroom with queen bed
- Sitting area with TV and futon
Note: The 2nd floor has *low ceilings* and is accessed via steeper stairs (see photos) that are not ideal for guests with mobility concerns. The futon provides an option for a 7th guest, ideal for kids.

Relax and enjoy coffee, cocktails or cookout in the private backyard with patio. There is a driveway with 2-3 parking spaces and plenty of on street parking. You'll have the entire house to yourself (no access to garage or basement).

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire home and yard except for the basement and garage.

Other things to note
The 2nd floor has low ceilings (under 7ft) and is accessed via steeper stairs (see photos). This is not ideal for guests with mobility concerns. There is sleeping for 4 downstairs, and the sofa bed is surprisingly very comfortable!
