Host: I'm an early 30s entrepreneur. After studying economics & finance almost 10 years ago I'm back in school for physics. An avid coffee and wine drinker and you can catch me a lot of evenings on the back porch enjoying one of those drinks with a cigar and a good book.
Interaction with Guests
It depends on my schedule which I must admit is fairly hectic and requires long hours. I try to meet the guest at least once during their stay and sometimes even go out with them, but it is not always possible.
I love the wonderful people in my neighborhood. It is an older neighborhood that has hidden charm. Neighbors still speak to each other, borrow sugar from each other, and just genuinely enjoy looking out for each other. I am thankful to be in such a wonderful place. It also does not hurt that I am 5 minutes from museums, downtown, and the medical center by car.
There is a bus stop at the end of my street which takes you directly into downtown or can connect you to the light rail which will get you around town. There is also the AirBnB bike in the home that was left by a guest that I now let other guest use.

We have books, music, magazines, board games, and card games. If you would like to watch TV, you would probably prefer a hotel.

Early 30's. Economist, commercial real estate agent, wannabe physicist, entrepreneur, interim e-director for a non-profit, president of a chamber of commerce, and community college adjunct professor. In other words, busy and always on the go.
I am very adventurous, love to read, travel, and the perfect day for me ends with a cigar, steak, and bottle of red wine.
My AirBnB home doubles as my office so even when I am not staying there you will see me there in the office. AirBnB is helping me save up to renovate my old home and meet wonderful new friends.
