Lulu City Condominiums is located on the west end of Telluride across the street from the base of the Coonskin Chairlift, Lift 7. The San Miguel River Trail also runs East/West and this is great place for strolling and riding bikes.
Lulu City also has a common use Pool and Hot Tub, both were newly constructed in 2022. Lulu City has covered parking, so be careful when entering with roof racks or rocket boxes. Clarks Grocery Market is a half block from the property. This is a great location downtown Telluride.
