This charming english cottage style guesthouse built in 1916 is located in the heart of Five Points within walking distance of incredible shopping and dining as well as UGA's campus and athletic facilities. No detail has been overlooked in this cozy 330 sq. ft space. Equipped with a king size bed, kitchenette and large walk-in shower, the space resembles that of a luxurious resort-style room.

The space
This guest house has a private entrance and is set far from the main house, allowing for privacy. Located on a side street, the cottage is very quiet and secluded. Ample street parking is available.

Other things to note
We will occasionally be in the yard adjacent to the cottage as it is our family home.

Our personal storage shed is next to the cottage. We occasionally have to access it and you may hear us, but we try our best to limit going in there and to be very quiet when guests are in the cottage.

Five Points is a charming, 1920s-era neighborhood. The area boasts Athens best restaurants and retail.
