  • Beverly is a wonderful host. Our time in San Fran was just perfect. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and cozy. Beverly offered a wonderful breakfast with fresh baked bread and other home made delectability's. 5 stars for Bev!

  • Beverly is a terrific host, cook, and guide to all things wonderful in San Fran. Our accommodations were excellent -- comfortable, quiet, clean and luxurious. We loved our chats over breakfast. Beverly also baked the best breads and croissants for breakfast! Great location, too.

  • Bev was the perfect host. Best airbnb host I have encountered. Friendly and helpful. Made us welcomed guests in her home.

Ideal location to explore all of San Francisco. Many public transportation options. Neighborhood was vibrant and safe.

Bev offered many useful dining suggestions. Lot of food options in the neighborhood. NOPA restaurant was a gem.

Pleasant deck off the bedroom. Fresh wholesome breakfast. Luxurious king bed.

    I highly recommend.

  • This was our first trip to San Francisco and our first time booking with AirBnB; Bev made both experiences fantastic. She's a warm and welcoming hostess with a wealth of knowledge about how to explore the city like a local. We took her advice time and again and were never disappointed. Plus -- the bed! The breakfast! The deck! The dog! Excellent accommodations all around. We'd recommend staying with Bev to anyone.

  • Beverley's home was a dream location for our 28-day stay in SF. After a slight misunderstanding about our arrival time (we landed late at night - Beverley was most accomodating though), we were given a quick run-through on the house's few quirks, and left to it. Besides being ideally situated right near Haight and Alamo Square, with main drag Divisadero and Van Ness/Civic Center within walking distance, Beverley's home is spacious, bright, homey and well-equipped, especially the kitchen with a huuuuge fridge. Our 2 teens were kept busy with screens, Netflix and a Wii. Her bookshelves are well stacked too if you've forgotten to bring a good read. Great neighborhood shops and a huge Safeway within walking distance meant we could self-cater frequently and keep costs down. Several local restaurants do great food with a home-delivery service too, which was also a boon after a day pacing the streets of SF (and those darn hills!). Oh, and the master-room bed - I've never seen a bed so big! with its luxury soft cotton sheets - heaven!
We had access to the garage to share the washer/dryer with Beverly's son (who lives on the premises in a seperate flat).
What can I say - I guess if anything, we were just sorry not to have had a little more sunshine to enjoy the lovely private deck at the back of the property. Oh, and we never got around to trying the 2nd bathroom's bath-tub either - we all used the walk-in shower where the water really gives you a really good pummelling!
If there is one minor word of warning, it would be to anyone suffering from an allergy to dogs, as the odor of Beverly's lovely old mutt Buddy was still very present even after 4 weeks absence.
We shall treasure memories of our stay at Beverley's place for a long time - until our next visit to SF, hopefully!

  • We really enjoyed our stay at Beverly's place! The house is idealy located in SF centre, close to the main bus lines & to nice places to see.
The room is spacious, quiet and clean. Breakfasts are homemade and very good.
Beverly gave us a lot of precious information and advices on the town. We enjoyed talking with her.
    Good place to go!

  • This was a great first Airbnb experience - Beverly is a very hospitable host and made us very welcome and comfortable after a long and re-routed flight. Her suggestions about places to visit and eat were spot on. The room is spacious and the bed is super comfortable and Bev's breakfasts are really, really good.

  • Simply a perfect experience!

Staying at Beverly’s place is a really unique and personal experience in San Francisco. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. Beverly was very accommodating and enthusiastic. She was extremely helpsome and giving great advice.

The house is located convenient in the middle of everything, in a quiet and picturesque neighbourhood. The room was quiet. We did not notice any neighbors nor traffic. The room was very nice and clean and the bathroom had a great shower. The kingsize bed will make it difficult for you getting up in the morning. Yup, it’s that good :-)

One of the best things was being served breakfast. And what a great breakfast it was! Way over our expectations.

BTW: the WiFi is really fast.

We can highly recommend a stay at Beverly's!
