  • We had a wonderful experience at Angels keep. The room was comfortable, and our hosts were very friendly and provided great tips about the area. The location can't be beat and it was fun staying in a former church :). Barb is an awesome cook - the breakfast was wonderful! If you go to Cody, be sure to take the Wild Mustang tour - you won't be disappointed! I highly recommend staying with these kind folk - you will feel right at home!

  • Barbara and Robert were super friendly, and the space is really cozy and is especially beautiful in the morning. The use of an old church is especially cool. Breakfast was delicious as well. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean.

The only drawback is that the room is small. Not a big deal with 2 people (the max for this room), but as long as you know that, this place gets an A+.

  • We had a great stay and a delicious breakfast (albeit a bit early for us). When Barbara learned that our stay was during our honeymoon she was kind enough to upgrade our room, which was very thoughtful.

  • What a treat to come upon Angle's Keep after a long day on the road! Barb and Steve are terrific hosts, and served up great conversation along with some of the best pancakes I've had ever. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom --- complete with a jacuzzi tub --- a real treasure. We will definitely stay with the Kelleys on our next trip through Cody, Wyo.

  • Barbara was an excellent host and served the most amazing breakfast on our trip. The place was clean and cozy and away from busy streets but still was alking distance from the heart of the main strip. I would definitively recommend staying there again.

  • Barb and Robert were phenomenal hosts combined by their charming home with immaculate bathrooms and rooms. After a full day visiting our family, we enter Barb and Robert's home where we are surrounded by the wonderful aroma of fresh baked cookies-home made for us and different each day! Breakfast was a different culinary delight each morning-you would need to visit to experience this great way to start your day :) Thank you, Barb and Robert for your wonderful hospitality, we look forward to visiting again.

Barbara was born in Germany and has had the opportunity to travel the world. She's a self taught folk artist with a degree in computer science. She has owned businesses in Virginia, California, Colorado and now here in Cody Wyoming! Robert is a Colorado native with historic ties to the old west. His great, great uncle, Charles Varnum was Custer's Chief of Scouts who fought in the Battle of the Little Big Horn and lived to tell the story. His great grandmother, Blanche Stinger, was one of the first pioneer children born in Wyoming. His father's family homesteaded in Eastern Colorado and Wyoming. We have been married since 1980 and have lived in Cody since 2001. In addition to working in our retail gift business and Angels' Keep Bed & Breakfast, we can often be seen mountain biking, hiking, or touring our little corner of the world, from Yellowstone National Park to the the beautiful Bighorn National Recreation Area. You are invited to bring along your hiking gear, road bikes or mountain bikes and join us on any of our adventures. Our newest outdoor hobby is geocaching, a high tech version of treasure hunting. Whether you choose to stay a night, or stay a lifetime, you are sure to enjoy the western hospitality offered by your hosts and the entire community!
