Welcome to Lusso Cottage! No detail was too small in this charming and cozy home. Enjoy the comfortable furnishings or a relaxing evening on the patio when weather permits. You can cozy up in front of the fireplace enjoying games, or the 65" TV with Wi-Fi, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Minutes from Northern State University, Presentation College, Avera and Sanford hospitals and Story Book Land.

The space
Cozy and comfortable was our goal while renovating this 1940's cottage inside and out. Completed in 2020. Original restored hard wood floors with central AC and heat and a double stall garage with additional off street parking for your convenience.

Kitchen: Cooking will be a breeze in the brand new kitchen with farm house sink, new stove, microwave/range, dishwasher, and refrigerator with automatic filtered water and ice. Fully stocked with linens, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, cookware, glasses, and bake ware.

Dining: Enjoy a meal at the dining table for four or a quick bite to eat at the kitchen island with additional seating for four more. On beautiful days you can also enjoy al fresco on the patio!

Beverage Bar: Whether it's a cup of coffee in the morning, a cup of tea in the afternoon or a glass of wine in the evening, all your beverage needs are here. Mini fridge, Keurig with coffee pods, tea, hot chocolate and wine glasses will help you enjoy any time of day!

Living Room: Comfort is our goal! Full size couch will provide additional sleeping or a place to relax, two wing chairs, a swivel/glider chair and coffee table. 65" TV with Wi-Fi, Netflix and Amazon Prime, a variety of games to entertain, books for all ages and a blanket to curl up with.

Bathroom: Marble tile, rain shower head and a never ending supply of hot water for you to relax under. Enjoy this spa-like bathroom fully stocked with bath towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer.

Master Bedroom: You will enjoy the pillow top queen size bed with luxury bedding and pillows. Relax watching the 55" TV. Large walk in closet with washer/dryer, ironing board, iron, hampers, hangers, baskets and ample room for storage will help keep everything in its place.

Guest room: Two extra-long twin memory mattresses will ensure a restful night sleep for everyone. 45" wall mount TV so everyone can watch what they want. Additional twin size cot or pack and play for every need you may have. Large closet with baskets and hangers for your storage needs. Bedding provided for all sleeping arrangements.

Laundry: New stacked washer and dryer conveniently located in the master bedroom walk in closet. Starter kit of laundry detergent provided. Iron, ironing board and hampers for your convenience.

Patio: In the warmer months it is furnished with a glider love seat, two rocker chairs, dining table and two chairs. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening where the lights magically turn on! Gas grill provided for those summer cook outs. On those cooler nights, cozy up to the fire pit while roasting marshmallows!

Games: An entertaining amount of books, board games, cards, and puzzles are located in the living room bookcases and cabinets.

Lusso Cottage is centrally located. We are minutes from almost anywhere. Northern State University is blocks away, Presentation College and Story Book Land are minutes away on the same street. Both Avera and Sanford hospitals are easily accessed. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood.
