Our place has a perfect location- cultural centre of Moscow (Malaya Bronnaya street, please, see the map). Kremlin: 15min, Pushkinskaya/ Tverskaya subway stations: 4 min. Museums, restaurants are all around. The neighborhood is friendly and safe.
We have 3 comfortable rooms (2+1+3 persons), so you have a choice. Also you can use a bathroom and a kitchen with all necessary accessories.
Usually, you have two options: rent a room (and share the apartment with my family) and rent the whole apartment, this way the rate is higher. Please, contact me for additional details.
! We have a dog and a cat, and even they aren't in the the apartment at the same time with you, be sure you're not allergic. !
Hope to see you in Moscow!
Sofiya's apartment is located in a really central location! I chose it precisely because it appeared to be towards the center of Moscow, but I really didn't expect it to be SO central. The check-in and check-out were simple despite Sofiya being out of the country. Her place was charming and had what was needed so the stay was quite comfortable. Her father stayed and while he didn't speak much English, was very helpful.
Sofiya's splendid house places at very calm and convenient area, this is the center of Moscow. Her apartment is so beautiful and intelligence, you can feel great atmosphere only to be there.I couldn't see Sofiya, but her family is very kind and glorious! I spend very nice time owe to her place and family!
The location: Extremely good, about as central as you can get in Moscow.
The flat: Beautiful dark parquet floor, high ceilings, and homely feel caused by bookshelves stuffed with literature, arts,... Kitchen, bathroom, restroom and the rented sleeping room are not very modern, but supply everything you need.
The host: Sofiya was well oranized, very helpful and friendliy, made sure I had what I needed and also proposed to help with any problems I might encounter during my stay. Apart from that, Sofiya was a pleasure to talk to, and I'm glad to have made her acquaintance.
Altogether a very smooth and uncomplicated accomodation - will try to stay there again next time I visit Moscow (I hope the flat will be free then...)!
With a city as large and sometimes confusing to get around as Moscow can be, it was a real treat to stay in such a lovely place. Sofiya's flat turned out to be even better than described. It is truly central, just 10-15 minutes walk to the Kremlin, and 5 minutes to two metro stations, 2 minutes walk to a supermarket and to Pushkin Park. The room I stayed in is large and comfy, with antique furniture and a window looking onto a quiet residential square. Everyone I spoke with were impressed about the address, and I could see why when I got there. Sofiya's family popped in and out of the other parts of the large flat but we hardly ever saw each other. I often had the flat to myself, eating in a large kitchen with a dining table, or using the good sized bathroom with bath tub, washing machine etc. When I did meet the family, they made sure I had tea and anything else I needed. I hope there is room for me the next time I go to Moscow. I almost hate to recommend it in case someone else takes the room when I want to be there ;)
Great room for sleeping with interesting furniture. The neighborhood is centrally located and interesting. Sofiya and her family were very accomodating, friendly and kind. Two thumbs up.
Great, great, great location. Sofiya was wonderful and was willing to work around our crazy schedule! It's a smaller room for two but was perfect for us since we were out seeing the sights anyways. Lots of cafes and a grocery store nearby as well.
Don't let the incredible savings on this place alarm you. When you look at hotel rates in the center of Moscow, which easily run $500 and up per night, this house share is an insane bargain. Sofiya welcomed us and did a great job of getting us situated and comfortable. The rooms are large, clean and very secure. What we hadn't expected was its perfect location, an easy walt to the Kremlin and red Square, but more importantly, its about 10 yards from the amazing restaurant/bar/lounge Aist. Sofiya was incredibly polite and helpful and our experience was top notch. Thanks Sofiya!
Where do I start? Sofiya and Sasha are the most amazing and gifted people you'll ever meet! Not only they made me feel at home, but they made me feel like family. Their place was initially not my first choice as I was trying to get a studio which got cancelled last minute. But in hindsight it was the best choice. The flat is in the best location in Moscow, and bang in the centre of everything. You won't even need to use the metro. It was the first time I didn't take a rip off taxi, as Sofiya sent detailed explanations on how to take the aeroexpress train. Inside it looks like a museum with beautiful retro style, and books in every corner and room. You also get to experience student life - we were up until 5.00 - Sofiya baked an apple pie from scratch, while Sasha was improvising on the piano! They both had an exam at 10.00! They are both genius and super talented. Highly recommended place for the unmissable experience, super friendly host, and the top location. Thank you Sofiya and Sasha! Kind regards, John
