Nestled on a quiet inlet, welcome to your 12,000 sq foot waterfront property. This elegant home resides on over 120' of water frontage included in almost an acre of land; and with your very own boat slip!! You'll enjoy beautiful sunsets and awesome views. It's a vacation retreat for any size family and equipped with 7 bedrooms with 11 beds sleeps 20 people. There are many areas in the home to steal away whether cuddling in one of the many living areas.

The space
Welcome to your home away from home. You’re swept away by the grand entry of beautiful chandeliers in your two-story foyer with a curved staircase. There's detailed tile work, gleaming hardwood floors, gorgeous molding and plantation shutters throughout the home. An open dining room consists of a beautiful mahogany table which fits 8-12 people when leaf is inserted; allows room for the entire family. Large columns lead you into the elegant two-story great room with a wall of windows overlooking Lake Norman. This house boast of a keeping room adjoining one of two fabulous fully equipped chef kitchens and leads out to the 2nd level deck. Watch the sunrise or sunset on the patio with breakfast or nice glass of wine to complete a fun-filled day on the lake. There are many living areas and most rooms have their very own TV with wireless high speed cable throughout. The 2nd living room on the 3rd floor is a great place to watch TV, while overlooking the two story great room below, looking out to the lake. There are many sleeping options on the 3rd level sleeping quarters to include a child friendly room of two bunk beds, a large bedroom with two queen beds and sitting area and TV and a room with one queen size bed. You may also choose to enjoy one of two identical master bedroom suites; each with their own sitting room, fireplace and TV. Speaking of master bedrooms, enjoy enormous tiled showers with 5 shower heads and Jacuzzi tubs. This house will not disappoint in entertainment. Basement has its own wing to include gourmet kitchen, living room and bar area for entertaining, pool table and ping pong table, large bedroom with two queen beds and sitting area, large bathroom with large garden tub and stand alone shower and awesome media room with projector. French doors lead out to brick paver patio which has in-ground heated pool $175 per stay (closed from Nov-March) and hot tub (all year)!!! We didn't stop there, the fourth floor is an entertainment hangout with two entries (one secret stairwell--- see if you can find it!). The fourth floor has a second pool table and ping pong table, glow in the dark air hockey, enormous projector projection for movies and conversational area. There's another bedroom on the fourth floor which has two day beds with pull out trundles. Check out the coffee foosball table for added hours of fun or hide away in the closet library to read a book, board games and card games. There's even an awesome Exercise Room to get your work-out on! There’s ample parking in the long driveway, however the garage is not accessible. This home boast everything you need and much more to have an amazing vacation with all the added amenities of a hotel and all of the comforts of home. We also have for your water use: kayaks, towing tube and play toys for the little ones. Enjoy any of the patio areas or go jump in the lake. The neighborhood is quiet with mature trees and environment which is highly maintained. Most anything you’ll need is within 1-5 miles of the house. Welcome Guide includes most of the shops, restraints, tourist activities in the area.
