This beautiful loft is located on the second floor of a recently restored historic building right in downtown Sparta, Tennessee. The Caney Suite offers convenient travel times to multiple state parks including Fall Creek Falls, Rock Island State Park, Virgin Falls and Burgess Falls. During your visit, you’re just steps away from the local coffee shop, pizzeria, tavern, herbal shop and brewery! Sparta is a little hidden gem and the perfect place to stay for all your adventures!

The space
**Book one of our cozy lofts for Spring** Only 1.5 hour drive from Nashville, Chattanooga and Knoxville, it’s a beautiful place to stay for a getaway weekend or for visiting loved ones during those family gatherings close by. Whatever brings you to the area, we would love to host you! Don’t forget to add our loft to your airbnb wishlist!

The Caney Suite is the perfect luxurious getaway for your next trip. With 12 foot ceilings, original hardwood floors, exposed brick, and a modern kitchen, you won’t want to leave! Wether you’re planning a hiking trip, a romantic getaway, a fun girls weekend, or working from home and need a change of scenery, the loft will not disappoint!

The loft is furnished with a Keurig coffee maker(we supply two k-cups with vanilla creamer) silverware, plates and bowls, basic cooking essentials, and toaster. The loft also has a comfortable king bed with soft linens, a sleeper sofa in the living area for extra sleeping accommodations, roku tv, and a beautiful bathroom with tub/shower combo. You'll have a view of the sunrise from the living room windows-if you can get out of that comfortable bed in time ;)

There are approximately 27 stairs up to the loft. Please list the correct number of guests staying to ensure you have the correct amount of towels. The person on the reservation must also be an occupant during the stay.
